Shivaji College is the best college.

Placements: There was a separate placement cell in our college that conducted many placement drives for students of different courses. Many students have participated in the drives, but some were not interested as they were planning to study further. Companies like Concentrix, KPMG, etc. came for placements.

The faculty members of Shivaji College are the best.

Placements: Companies visit the college for placements but don't offer very good salary packages. The roles offered to placed students were good. So, from the placements point of view, don't keep your expectations high. The academics and faculty members in the college are very good. Shivaji College doesn't offer many placement options.

The review of Shivaji College, Delhi.

Placements: Placements are good on the campus, but I was doing an additional short-term course with this, so I never thought of placements. But for those who are looking forward to get a job, then it is a good college. They provide placement facilities, but they cannot assure you.

Overall, satisfied with the college.

Placements: The placement scenario is good. Only a few students got placed. Every year, many companies like RBS, IDFC, Genpact, IBM, and PWC visit the campus to provide job opportunities to the students. But, not many students get placed. The placed students got a very decent package of around 2-3 Lacs per annum. Mostly, the students don't take part in placements as they prepare for their higher studies like MBA, M.Sc, M.Com, etc.

Very satisfied with the staff, infrastructure, crowd and every aspect of the college.

Placements: The placements were great in the college for our seniors. We are yet to get placed after our results, but we are sure that we get extremely good placements like our seniors and super seniors. We hope the same happens in the future for our juniors too.

You can it is the best college.

Placements: There are many chances to get placements, but you have to be aware and active otherwise you will miss it. Science and commerce stream has a lot of placement opportunities. There are a lot of companies who come to give a chance to the students who have talent and knowledge.

A gem of out of campus colleges.

Placements: Placements are carried out by the placement cell of the college and a priority is given to the students from BBE because of the curriculum and the selection- produce which students go through to get admission in Bbe, which ensure quality students. Average package which students get is around 3 Lacs pa. Some students also seek out for central placements but majorly students are placed through campus placement only.

Don't underestimate Shivaji College.

Placements: The Placement Cell of Shivaji College is student run and they have an amazing, hard-working team. In this session alone, I. e. , 2017-2018, they have successfully conducted 4-5 placement drives, 7-8 internship drives, 4-5 off campus drives and also, the first ever internship fair was launched where 15 companies participated and more than 500 students gave the interviews. Not only this, this session they also launched an annual newsletter for the first time ever, The Career Chronicles. There a...

Good experience and amazing college life.

Placements: It has active placement cell. Different companies come for recruitment like Genpact, S and P capital IQ, Concentric etc. Students can also register themselves in Central Placement Cell of Delhi University. Faculty members from different departments are the member of Placement cell that helps according to need of their students.

My experience in Shivaji College is amazing because of faculty and good infrastructure.

Placements: Not many companies visited for the B.A (Hons) economics in the college, but students get enrolled for university placement cell, and their experience was good. Students also get the internship in a very reputed sector with a decent salary package.

It is a good college for studies and extracurricular activities.

Placements: I got placed in Genpact company in the third year. Many companies came and selected many students, and gave attractive packages. The faculty also help us in completing our graduation efficiently and effectively. The college has a very good environment to study. The college has different societies for participation like dance society, singing society, fashion society, etc.

College is good for sports and hardworking students as most of the facilities are available.

Placements: I would rate the placements as 3 out of 10 because there are hardly students who come to college to study. No outside companies come to the college for giving placements to students. Especially, for science students who join this college, they have to prepare themselves to join any reputed university for postgraduation. One of the most advantages to be in this college is for students who are associated with any sports or want to enrol themselves in any sport. All facilities are available for stu...

Satisfied with the faculty, study, and infrastructure. The college needs to work on the placements.

Placements: Here, the placements are average. The companies like Accenture, Genpact, and the various bank do visit the campus for the placements. Don't expect much, but at the same time, if you are career inclined and good at studies, you can lend a job easily. Overall, the average placement opportunity for the students.

Good college. Enroll in this and feel the college life.

Placements: There are no placements in the college, but in north and south campus of the university, you would have a chance to get a job. So be alert about placements in the campus. Our senior and junior have the same opinion regarding this. They also did not get any job, so be ready for this.

This college is in Raja garden, which is the perfect location. The faculty and sports are the best.

Placements: The good placements are done in this college as all the MNCs visit the college. The placement is done according to the talent of the student as it is the institution of Delhi University. Many students got placed at the excellent level. The companies like TCS, Dell, HCL, and the other MNCs visit the campus for the placements.

It is an average DU college, which is located in a nice location with neat and clean surroundings.

Placements: The placements are not up to the mark but can be said moderate, but the placements team is making efforts as in the upcoming days they are going to organize an internship fair in which 13 companies would visit. So that we can conclude that the placements are improving.

Shivaji college will be more suitable for the middle class families.

Placements: The college placement was done during the final year. A special interview was called for the deserving students who applied. Many have opted for further studies, and only a few students went for the placements. Most of the students from business studies have good placements in MLC around Delhi and NCR like Noida, Gurgaon. Most of my colleagues have taken a good business venture in big companies like Accenture, Oracle, Google, etc.

Good college, but a little backward in placements as compared to other colleges of Delhi University.

Placements: The placements of our college are good, but not best. There is no shortage of teachers. Last year, many students were placed in different companies. In my knowledge, the highest package offered was 3 LPA to 4 LPA.

Satisfied with the faculty and infrastructure of the college.

Placements: The placements are comparatively less than the top colleges of Delhi University such as Hindu and Hansraj. Still, a student with qualities has a bright future from the college itself. The companies visiting the college look out for the talent in you, which you have discovered in the last three years. And Shivaji college provides you with the environment for the overall growth and development of your personality. Therefore, it's worth spending your three years of the college life here.

Best college for students faculty interaction.

Placements: There are no placement opportunities in the college for BSC courses or any other courses. So the opportunity for the BSC courses as well as the other courses regarding the placement is poor. Though the faculty makes some provision for the innovative projects which are funded by the University of Delhi, there aren't any internship opportunities for the students.
