Our college is the main reason for who I'm today. Especially our HOD Mr.Ganesan is still guiding us
Placements: Nearly 90% of the students got placed with the highest salary package of 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package of 1 LPA. Wipro, TCS, HCL, and Hyundai are the top recruiting companies. Most of the students from our department got internships from various companies like Hyundai, Renault, and Nissan. One of my friends is now working as a production line engineer in RNAIPL.
Infrastructure: College is facilitated with free Wi-Fi and has well-equipped labs for all the departments. Classrooms are neat, clean, hygienic, well maintained, and fitted with the smart class system. The quality of the food available in the canteen is good in quality as well as quantity. The college has large playgrounds and has teams for kabaddi, football, cricket, basketball, kho-kho, handball, and various games. For emergency situations, there is medical assistance team with the first aid kit available in our college.
Faculty: Teachers in our department are knowledgeable, qualified and they're helpful in various manners. The course curriculum is more relevant to the industry so that the students when they passed out they're industry-ready. Semester exam question papers are prepared by Anna University so the difficulty is variable and the conducting of exams is the prior duty of the exam cell in the college. The pass percentage generally falls between 60 to 70%.
Other: I opted for this course because my ambition is to because an automobile engineer. The best thing about this course is that you can get hands-on training with the labs. The only thing I can suggest to improve is they can provide more modern technologies in the automotive field. All the scholarships provided by the government can be applicable. All the departments will celebrate Symposiums on various days.

Average college while considering with other colleges.
Placements: 1.80 percent of students were placed in our course 2. The highest salary is 25000 and the lowest salary is 12000 3. Hyundai, Tata, Lucas, TVS, Honda were the top recruiters. 4. Supervisor, HR, Production Engineers were the roles offered. 5. The highest salary is 25000 and the lowest salary is 15000 6. 75 percent of students got internship in our course.

Other: 1. I chose this course due to my interest in the automobile vehicles. The best thing in my course is easy study about automobile vehicles. 2. More theoretical work will be provided for better knowledge 3. Festival, scholarship will be provided.

I'm dissatisfied that this college has fewer students when compared with previous years.
Placements: Almost 60% of students were placed in our course. The highest package was ₹7 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. Hyundai, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra in 2026. Internships were done by our students in the 5th semester of their course. Almost 95% of students have done their internships. Research and development, quality control (QC), maintenance, etc.
Infrastructure: The campus has well-maintained lab equipment, which is most important and useful in the field of automobile engineering. The lab and classrooms also present the working model of certain equipment that was done as a project by the alumni. The library is actually a nutshell where we can find a surplus of books, QP's, etc. The quality of the facilities at the hostel was not up to par. Food at the hostel as well as in the canteen was disliked by many. Medical facilities, like first aid, were always provided in case of any injury or emergency. Sports and games like cricket, football, volleyball, and badminton were often played. Indoor games like chess and carrom were also available.
Faculty: The teachers were well qualified and helpful enough to sharpen our knowledge. The teaching quality was very effective and useful. Yes, automobile engineering has good scope in the future, as the era of electric cars (EVs) has also begun. Semester exams have different difficulty levels depending on the subjects that we have. Analytical subjects like fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, finite element analysis, etc. are a bit difficult when compared to other theory subjects.
Other: I chose this course because I have been an automobile enthusiast since childhood. The best thing about this course is that we can learn more and get in deep with vehicles like the workings of IC engines, transmissions, safety components, suspensions, etc. that are present in vehicles. There should be more detailed studies on electric vehicles and their limitations. Events from various colleges and events held in our colleges were so informative and challenging.

I am not satisfied with this college.
Placements: Our college does not provide core placements. Students get off-campus placements in IT companies on their own.
Infrastructure: There were no proper laboratories in our college. The college keeps adding new facilities and equipment, though.
Faculty: A few experienced faculty are available, and the rest joined here after their post-graduation. Lab assistants have good knowledge about engines and leather works. They are helpful to students.
Other: Departments need more infrastructure. We were the 3rd batch of automobile engineering.

Good infrastructure and good placements.
Placements: 1. Almost 60 percent of the students got placed 2. The highest salary is 6 Lacs per annum and the lowest salary is 2 Lacs per annum 3. Hyundai is the top recruiting company. 4. Manager, sales executive, assistant manager, etc are the roles offered. 5. The highest package offered in my course is about 7 Lacs and the lowest salary is 3 Lacs per annum. 6. 90 percent of the students got internship and the companies are Royal enfield, Hyundai, and a semester before to ICF (integral coach factory).
Infrastructure: 1.Our college has everything including classrooms, labs, library. But Wi-Fi is available only for the staff. 2. The hostel is poor in quality and you will feel suffocated. There is no medical facility in the college if anything happens we have to go to the nearby government hospital. Sports and games are there but there is no coaching.
Faculty: 1. 50 percent of the teachers are good, qualified, and knowledgeable. The rest 50 percent are poor in teaching especially in my course. The staff is well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality differs from faculty to faculty. 2.The course curriculum is relevant but the students should go for internship training in the industry to get ready for it.
Other: 1. I have chosen this course because I love learning about the automobile and wanted to start up a workshop. 2. I think what we have now is better for this course
