St.Edmund's college is indeed the best in shillong and may also be the best in the entire Northeast.
Placements: There isn't much placement made before. It's said that most of the teachers and faculty members guides you for further studies outside the country only and not giving placements. Being a college for general lines and some professional courses it does't give much placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is best suited for a perfect studying and teaching. Projectors and screens are fitted to every classroom making the whole college a place for smart studying and not making it lag behind the race. The college campus is endowed with football fields, basketball courts, lawn tennis courts etc. Making it a perfect place for sports also.
Faculty: The teachers of every dept. And the H. O. D. 's mostly are well-qualified and well educated persons selected through a series of difficult exams so that they could handle the students easily. They uses different types of teaching methods rather than smart class. Sometimes we get industry exposure and the students to faculty ratio is around 1:10.
Other: Different types of fest, campus crowds and even different extracurricular activities are done in the college. During the college week every students get a whole week of enjoyment including various programme days ending everyday with a DJ Jam session.

Extremely satisfied by the faculty and course experience of the college and campus life
Placements: 25 percent of students were placed in my course of BCS biotechnology.
The highest package offered to me by this course was 1.5 lakh per year.
Recruitment was given to us by the hospitals of Nazareth and Bethany.
60 per cent of students took internship in Nazareth and 40 per cent in Bethany.
Infrastructure: Facilites are good and well maintained but can be better. Library has great books which any student would require for study. Labs are well maintained and well equipped. The lab, canteen or library for study and other works are good.
Faculty: Teachers were greatly and helpful. They were also greatly qualified and extremely knowledgeable for any student.
This course is relevant for laboratory work in hospitals and clinics or research work.
The semesters are challenging as expected by any science students.
The passing percentage is 80.
