It is a good institute to opt for higher studies.
Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA and the average salary package offered was 5 LPA. Software companies like Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, etc., are the top recruiters for our course. Software developer and backend developer are the top roles offered in our course. Almost 100% of the students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled and has highly specialised laboratories for all departments. Our college provides support to every sport and cultural events. It also has a good canteen facility and library. There is a good medical facility for students, and also more than 3 hospitals are available nearby our college.
Faculty: All the teachers here are highly qualified about the particular field of the department. They also provide a particular knowledge about the field, so students can be better in future. Though students have good knowledge in a practical field, teachers provide support for the project.
Other: I chose computer science and engineering because it will have much scope in the current days. I decided to opt for my higher studies. Our college organises cultural events every year and also fest for every two months.

Decent infrastructure and an average college in city limits.
Placements: There is a placement cell in the college management run by the college manager himself, but it is not worth enough to get you a job. But they give a very good personality development training which was useful when going for interviews outside. No internships were offered from the college. In 2013, only Tech Mahindra came for the campus interviews, and I heard that it was arranged by the students themselves. The management took no initiatives, and they placed only a few female candidates definitely based on their face value. Senior batches did not have good placement oppurtunities as well.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is really excellent. I like it. But not much importance is given to sports, and there no medical facilities and Wi-Fi. Expect an average lab facility, but it is good enough for the practicals. Canteen food is the worst food that I have ever seen or tasted. Hostel rooms are average; they are not worth the money. Hostels had water-related problems at times, but the library was decent enough to offer books to most of the students who were in need.
Faculty: Teachers were mostly the previous year pass out students; useless and they have the worst attitude except a few. Teaching quality was very average, and they used old teaching techniques. There was no e-learning system or anything related to it. Faculty to student ratio would be around 1:50. There were trips which were just recreational tours and nothing more than that. The Anna University curriculum is very old. It does not have any of the new technologies added to it. It has not been changed since ages. Anna University is useless.
Other: The SC, first graduate scholarships were good, and many students utilised that. Campus and surroundings were good, but you need to walk at least 1 kilometre before reaching the main road. There is no encouragement for sports activities. You should be self-motivated for sports or curricular activities.

Average – the given picture was the way to college after the storm.
Placements: According to my seniors, not many students get placed through campus placements. We often have to find and secure internships on our own. I’m not sure about the highest, lowest, or average packages or the top recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: There is no WiFi, and the computers in the labs sometimes don't work. The library mostly has old books. The hostel is not well-maintained, and hygiene is poor. The quality of food in the mess isn't good, but the canteen is better. First aid is available only if there are supplies.
Faculty: Sometimes, teachers from unrelated subjects are made to take classes. Despite this, they put in their best effort to teach us. The passing mark is 50 out of 100, and the difficulty level of the semester exams is average.
Other: Not many activities are held, and those that are conducted seem to be just for formality.

Other: My college was average in teaching syllabus. Placements happened only for bpo firms. Infrastructure was just average again. They can try to bring in more relevant placements to each department. Office staff behaves rude most times, some professionalism cab be brought in.

Other: The infrastructure and facilities in our college were not so great at the time of our joining (2010). But due to our continuous complaints and recommendation, now our college has developed their infrastructure to some level. They have built the cement roads, where water logs into pool whenever it rains. Now our college becomes one of the well reputed college amongst other OMR colleges nearby.
