A college for students overall development.
Placements: In my course, about 75–80 percent of students were placed. The highest package offered was approximately INR 10–12 lacs per annum, and the lowest was about INR 6–8 lacs per annum. The top companies that offer jobs are Kotak Mahindra, Amazon, and Godrej. In my course, VJTI offers many extracurricular roles for students. We were allowed to join the Racing group, which gives a lot of technical knowledge.
Infrastructure: The facilities are excellent. We have proper AC classrooms with Wi-Fi facilities, well-maintained labs, and a library that would accommodate around 150–200 students at one time. The hostel quarters also cover a large area. Students have a proper room to stay in and common washrooms on each floor. Students have their lunch in the mess according to the schedule. We also have a basketball court inside the college and a cricket and football ground near the hostels.
Faculty: The teachers are well-educated, highly qualified, and supportive. They teach in a very understanding way. This course is the core course, and after completing it, students can conveniently work in industries. The semester exams are based on practical concepts, so visualization is the main factor required here. There is no passing percentage, but the passing mark for an 80-mark paper is 32.
Other: I chose mechanical engineering because I am fond of learning about technology and machines. And my college provides all the facilities that are required for this course. Also, college students organize events in which junior students take part and get a chance to show their skills and talents.

The curriculum content is up to the mark. The college has a big campus.
Placements: Almost all of my batchmates who applied for placements were placed with sufficient packages. One of my friend got package of 4 Lacs in Toyo. Companies like Godrej, Bajaj, Siemens were also there. The teachers also help students to qualify for the placements.
Infrastructure: The biggest campus I have ever seen. Netlab, Library, Study space, Auditorium, Air conditioned classrooms, basketball court, cricket and football ground and canteen are available. There are four buildings for hostel students. Some staff also prepared us for the interview.
Faculty: Most of the teachers have Ph.D. They are very knowledgeable. They also use PowerPoint presentations for explaining stuff which makes concepts easier to understand. The curriculum content is also up to the mark.
Other: In mechanical engineering you would be able to access some tools of workshop which is quite interesting. Apart from academics, there are a number of fests where students can participate.

They have great teaching faculty, campus, canteen and placements.
Placements: The placements are a key feature of our college. There are lots of big brands that are attracted towards our campus interviews. The highest package can range from something around Rs. 9 lakhs to Rs. 12 lakhs annually and the lowest will be Rs. 3.5 lakhs. Five of my friends are selected in big companies like Godrej and L&T. There are quality placements, and they are making some quality engineers.
Infrastructure: Nowadays, the infrastructure keeps improving. There are AC classrooms which have projectors, and there is a screen in every classroom. There are different buildings for different departments. All the subject's labs are there, and they are well-equipped and spacious. The library is also good. All the books are available. There are lots of study spaces provided on the campus. The internet lab is there, and there is also a gymkhana for some relief. I found that the canteen is the best place in the college.
Faculty: The teaching staff is excellent. Most of the teachers are PhD holders, and they have vast experience and knowledge of their respective subjects. This college has an autonomous body, so the syllabus is well arranged. There are lots of presentations and activities which help the students to improve their skills.
Other: We have great events like Technovanza, Pratibimb, Rangvardhan, Enthusia, etc. The exam section and other staff are very cooperative. The college is in Mumbai, but it has very less noise, and there is greenery around it which makes it pleasant for learning. The college has a Xerox and a stationary centre inside the campus. A football ground, a cricket ground and a tennis ground are there for the sports enthusiasts. The hostel facilities are also good.

Best Diploma Autonomous college in Mumbai.
Placements: Placements in VJTI are just awesome even for Diploma students. Most of the students opt for B tech so the chances for diploma placement increases. Top MNCs and reputed companies visits for placement drive. Almost 90% students gets placed. Some of the companivisited were Godrej & Boyce, Technip Energies, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are available in the campus like Wifi, Labs, high tech classrooms, well maintained library & also sportsroom. The hostels are not that good like they are just like average. The food in the mess is good like the menu is different for different days and there is veriety in food.
Faculty: The teachers are decent. You will find most of the teachers just presenting ppts which are 10-15 years old. The teaching style is very boring. Only few staff is great. You need to cope up the syllabus by taking help of youtube & other online platforms. The exams are decent & can easily get passing marks even if you are backbenchers.
Other: Mechanical engineering is again coming in focus and trending. There are a lots of events organized in the campus like shatpatya, umang fest, and many more. Many celebs also visit on functions.
