VJTI is a great college for engineering in Mumbai.
Placements: There are placements, but many of us wanted to pursue degree courses. Some of the companies are Wipro, Godrej, L&T, etc. A good pay scale is there for diploma level. However, only one or two students are shortlisted for the main interview purpose. Overall, the placements are good.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is nice, and all the facilities are available. The classrooms are neat and clean. There are grounds for various outdoor sports. There is study space for studying in the open environment. Fans are provided all over the corridor, and the floor is very neat and clean. The canteen is very nice.
Faculty: Some of the experienced faculty members are excellent in their field of knowledge. There are other degree faculty members, where you can try your luck to grab knowledge. New faculty members are not quite good but are okay for diploma level. The teaching quality is good under the guidance of experienced faculty.
Other: Pratibimb and Enthusiasm are the two major events organised in the campus.

Review of Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute - VJTI Mumbai.
Placements: Google and Syska visited the campus. Many companies come for degree students, but MNCs do not come for diploma students. Only 1-2 companies visit the campus. In 2014, the placement record was 99%, and it was good.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious, but some of the classes have a lot of dust. The canteen is nice and serves a number of food items. The college has 5-6 computer labs. The college has a large campus, and now the buildings are being painted. An event named Enthusia is conducted.
Faculty: The electrical course is nice, and the faculty members in our college are good. They have good teaching experience. The college has experienced teachers, and teachers have nearly 20-50 years of teaching experience. It has some teachers who have their own published books of their subject.
