It is a good university in Chennai.
Placements: Placements are very good for pharmacy, arts, science, and IT sectors. Top recruiting companies are IBM, Amazon, TCS, CTS, Wipro, etc. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostels are very good. The infrastructure is decent. Separate hostels are available for both girls and boys. The hostel has Wi-Fi, beds, closets, etc. The food served in the hostel is average. Classrooms are well-maintained. The libraries are very good. Hostellers can go out every day at a particular time.
Faculty: Faculty members are very friendly. The teaching quality is better. All teachers are Ph.D. scholars. It is a deemed university. Semester exams are not tough. The pass marks are 40 out of 100.

Completely dissatisfied about the role of faculty members, average placement throughout the year.
Placements: 1. 70% of students are being placed in our course. 2. 25k is the highest, 15k is the average, and 10k is the lowest salaries offered. 3. IBM, Infosys, CTS are the top recruiting companies. 4. Technical engineer, software developer are the top roles offered in our course. 6. 60% of our students got internships in Infosys IBM and some other companies.
Infrastructure: 1. There is no Wi-Fi in our department, classrooms are congested, library is available as common for all departments in my college, the most haunted place is my department building as it is a very old building. 2. Hostel is very worse in appearance and food is average, medical facilities are not available for emergency, sports and games are conducted mandatory.
Faculty: The teachers of my department as well as the college are very much the worst in their knowledge about their own subjects, they look as if they are just from market side and don't even look like professors. 2. Nothing is relevant to the curriculum, and no one is mentally prepared for the industry.
Other: 1. I like the field of communication. The best thing is that it is the boooming field. 2. deep learning should be improved. 3. Everything are conducted in my college.

VISTAS is the best college with the best fee structure.
Placements: Placements in our college are very good. BPO companies visit the campus for placements, but we are expecting core companies for placements. The college trains students to perform better in campus interviews. Thus, there are many good things to study in VELS University. Faculty members are very friendly with students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. The campus is spread over 10 acres at Pallavaram. Shivalaya auditorium is a hall with a seating capacity of 1500 people at a time. The campus is fully air-conditioned. The law block is air-conditioned and has lecture halls. Hence, VISTAS is a good place for studies and other activities.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified. There is nothing to say more about staff members. Courses are available for all fields. Staff members in engineering are very helpful to students. They are very friendly with students and encourage them to have better results in their exams.

A bad college for engineering not advised for admission. Please avoid this college.
Placements: Here, students get 2 or 3 appointment letters yet they do not get jobs. No response from appointing companies are received on contacting. There is severely poor management by the placement team. Two to three students were hired at Rs 15,000 per month. Mostly, students' futures get ruined and the placement team does nothing about it.
Infrastructure: A medical facility is not available, and the food in the hostel is also not good. Sports activities are not so good here. Hostel accommodation is bad, and there is no complaint mechanism here. Avoid getting admission into this college. The technical lab is also not up to standard. Wi-Fi for the hostel is also not available.
Faculty: The college operates solely on notes issued by faculty members. There is a poor college standard for education. The aim of the college is just to do business, and job meetings are not organised. This college doesn't seem like an engineering college and looks more like a normal graduation college. So avoid taking admission here.
Other: There are no NCC and no Tech Fair organised here. The standard of knowledge of engineering students is not up to the standard.
