Good aura in whole college, clean at its best, good placement.
Placements: In the branch of instrumentation and control engineering, majorly almost 96 percent students get placed and the highest package were 15 Lacs per annum and top companies were honeywell, semeins, Emerson, tetra pack, Philips, aditya birla Minimum 60 percent of students get internship from our course and roles where as system engineer, application engineer, control engineer.
Infrastructure: More like many facilities are there like Wi-Fi and each classroom is digitalize with screens and projector and classroom are clean. Infrastructure is good with lots of trees and whole campus is covered with trees. Each labs are well-equipped and has all necessary components needed for the labs to be done. There are 2 canteens in the campus and playing ground for cricket, badminton, football is also there.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and Has great knowledge in our field. Teaching skills are too good and help students to focus in there career goals. None teachers burden any student by any way they are polite and understanding.2 Exams are there and in that there are presentation, group discussion, and then written paper. There is jo fear of failure .
Other: Instrumentation and control engineering I chose because it is interesting and has scope in future and personally I had interest in automation and all sensors. I wish in our course more field visit were there in the time of teaching. Fest are there like vishwakarandak, vishwautsav and may other commute are there for extracurricular activities .

Is VIT Pune worth it in 2024?
Placements: More than 80% of students are placed in VIT, with an average salary of around 8 LPA (overall), higher for CS students (around 12 LPA); the highest package goes up to 50 LPA. For instrumentation, we have a 100% internship and an average placement of 6 LPA. But several software companies allow core students to sit in their placements too.
Infrastructure: The college is quite small, with an area of just 7 acres. But there are several clubs and events that keep you engaged throughout the year. Most of the students don't take the college hostel as it is pretty far from college and also on the expensive side. Instead, there are private hostels, PGs, or even flats, which are a better option.
Faculty: The college curriculum is pretty good, with subjects like human engineering and Indian knowledge systems in the first year. There is a coding-related subject in all semesters for all branches. Exams aren't that difficult, as the college is autonomous, so almost all students pass. You will have a lot of time for self-study or even a side hustle.
Other: The semiconductor industry would likely boom in the next few years, considering that Entc or instrumentation is a good option.

Vishwakarma institute of technology have good placement ratio.
Placements: So basically I am a from 2020 - 2024 batch where I am enrolled in B.Tech in instrumentation and control engineering. Here at Vishwakarma institute of technology, we have our own syllabus which is mostly industry based. As instrumentation student we have good companies coming in our college with package of 5 - 10 or above for placement. We also have TPO portal for internship and PPO are also given.
Infrastructure: Vishwakarma institute of technology has small campus compared to other college. Although the campus is small but campus is clean. Classroom contains projector facility. We do have library for students and also have reading room. Hostel can be expensive so I recommend taking the nearby PG or you can rent a fact in nearby areas.
Faculty: Vishwakarma institute of technology have good teachers with good experience and qualification. They have multiple paper published in various conferences and Journals. As Vishwakarma Institute of technology is an autonomous college it has its own syllabus according to industrial standards.
Other: I choose B.Tech in instrumentation and control engineering because instrumentation and control gives access to both software and hardware part. We have great events such as melange, vishawakarandak, vishwautsav etc.

The top recruiting companies are Honeywell, Emerson, Mitsubishi, and many other IT companies come here. An internship is compulsory in the 4th year.
Infrastructure: The campus is small but good. A big library is available with books related to every course and also research. Wi-Fi is available on campus. Labs are equipped with air-conditioners and projectors. Sports events are arranged during Viswakrandak.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and supportive. They help us make choices about our career and to publish research papers and projects. Project-based learning is the most important goal of our institute. Activities like GD, presentations, vivas and tests are conducted in our college.
Other: It is the only college in Pune with the best placements for instrumentation. It is mostly industry-oriented. We can gain good skills and knowledge about software tools too, like programming and making software and apps. Many technical and non-technical clubs are available.

Q:   Is VIT Pune good for MCA?

A:
{Source: MCA students & alumni}

Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here's a summary of the strengths and weaknesses of VIT Pune for pursuing Master of Computer Applications (MCA):

Strengths:

* Good Placement Record: The college has a reputation for providing decent placements, with many students getting recruited by top companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft, and others.
* Experienced Faculty: The professors are knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive, helping students build strong foundations in computer applications.
* Industry-Oriented Curriculum: The course curriculum is designed to prepare students for real-world challenges, focusing on practical skills and projects.
* Autonomy: As an autonomous institution, VIT Pune has the freedom to design its own curriculum, allowing for flexibility and innovation.

Weaknesses:

* High Fees: Compared to other colleges, VIT Pune has relatively high fees, which might be a deterrent for some students.

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.
