I am satisfied with the working environment on the campus.

Placements: The placements were excellent. Almost 100% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in 2018 was 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The average salary package offered was 14.8 LPA. Companies like Samsung offered jobs to students. All students got internships, and good placements were provided to them.

It has a good gender ratio along with a green campus, great alumina, and good sports facilities.

Placements: In VNIT Nagpur, many companies hire students for the IT sector such as Microsoft, Amazon, Udaan, etc. For better knowledge of basic and advanced robotics, they have different clubs such as IV laboratories for software engineers, and electrical engineers. About 70% of students got placed, and the highest salary package offered is 11.5 LPA in CSE. The lowest salary package offered varies from 6-7 LPA in CME, and the average salary package offered is 7-8 LPA in ECE and EEE. In civil, the salary pac...

Best place to enjoy nature along with getting knowledge and placements.

Placements: Placement is what a teenager thinks of from the moment he/she enters college. The foremost thing to tell about placements is that think about it in your pre-final and final year and enjoy the rest of your time in college. Many core companies and non-core companies come for placements in the MME dept of VNIT, but the balance is always more towards the non-core placements. Many students also get admitted to IITs, IISC, and different colleges for M.Tech, and also MS is a good option for those who w...

It is a prestigious college with poor placements.

Placements: In the year 2020, around 67 students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered 3 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. Top recruits were Bajaj Auto, L&T, Tata, and Tech Mahindra. Few students got internships. In CSE and mechanical branches, the salary packages offered are good than most of the colleges in Maharashtra. The placement percentage was 60%.

I am unsatisfied because of online mode but overall it is a good college.

Placements: Don't know about the current placement stats due to online and I take admission in the college last year only so can't comment over the placement stats. But according to professor, you will get internship easily if you dedicate your time to studies. Also one senior told me that we can ask professor of the college for the internship under his.

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the college.

Placements: Placements at VNIT are below average not only in the civil engineering department but overall as well. Being a national level college it is expected that the placements would be good, but when compared to other NITs the placements here are worse than the lower NITs. The highest salary package offered in civil engineering in the year 2021 was 10.8 LPA, and the average salary package offered was around 5 LPA - 6 LPA, with only 37% of the students getting placed. Satisfied with the teaching quality and curriculum, and all the other things are also good.

Placements: Approximately 60 to 80% of students got placed. The highest package offered for ECE is 33 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Siemens, ZS, etc., come here. The internship percentage is not as good as placements, so you need to search for it on your own, like it is nearly 10% from college. Most of the roles offered are software roles, and some core roles are also offered.

It has a good infrastructure, quality education and suitable environment.

Placements: For chemical engineering, the top salary package offered is 10.87 LPA in the core, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. This year placements are a bit low due to pandemic as fewer companies visited the campus. Our institute has started special training and placement programme this year, which includes English training and coding classes.

Placements: I'm pursuing civil engineering from VNIT. Honestly, the placements are not that impressive due to the pandemic. The highest package offered this year was 13 LPA, and the placement percentage is around 70% out of all eligible candidates. But this is only due to the pandemic condition.

I am absolutely more than satisfied because I am 100% sure that I will get a placement.

Placements: Placements are very good in our college, but for civil, it is somewhat low. In the last year, about 51% of the students got placed in very good companies. The topmost company which visits for civil is L&T, which recruits around 10 to 15 students from our branch. Almost every student gets internships from our course. The highest salary package offered will be between 10 LPA to 13 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered will be 5 LPA to 5.5 LPA.

Placements: Placements in our college are good for few branches. I am currently in the 2nd year, but based on the record, it is a good placement campus. Many companies visit here for placements like Wipro, LG, Syska etc.

Not fully satisfied. The faculty is well-trained and skilled.

Placements: Nearly 70-80 percent of the students get placed each year. As far as I learned from my seniors the students of the mechanical department get an average package of 6.5LPA. From my batch (5th sem) till now a few members only got internships and we get internships mostly in the next sem (6th) as core companies will visit during that time.

The lowest salary package offered was 8 LPA. D.E. Shaw, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, etc., are the top recruiters for our course. About 60% of the students got internships in companies like D.E. Placements: Almost 80% of the eligible students got placed this year. The highest package in civil engineering is about 12 LPA, the lowest will be of 5-7 LPA. The average package is 5.5-6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Exon, Deloitte, LnT and many more. The people who get internship from our branch are relatively less when compared to other branches.
