BPCL Recruitment through GATE 2025- BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) will release the notification for the selection of candidates for the post of MT, i.e. ‘Management Trainee’, through GATE 2025 Score. The work of the Trainee entails Operations and Sales in the Marketing function and Process and engineering roles in the Refineries. They need to work shifts in various operating locations/installations/depots.

The post of the candidate would be normally on Probation for one year (Extendable in case of non-satisfactory performance). If a candidate completes the probationary period, he/she will be confirmed as ‘Executive’ in the respective business unit/entity. For the selection, candidates must have passed four years of BTech degree in Mechanical and Chemical engineering with 60% aggregate marks for General-OBC candidates and 55% for SC/ST. Registration Process
To register for BPCL, the candidates must enter the discipline/stream of engineering pursued, GATE Registration Number, upload a passport-size photograph with specifications (JPEG, Maximum size 50 Kb), and provide personal and educational details. After this, they can note down the application number generated and print the BPCL application form received on the e-mail ID for further use. Candidates will be selected based on the GATE 2025 scores, Group Discussion, Personal Interview, followed by a Medical Examination.

SAIL Recruitment through GATE 2025: Job Description and Remuneration
- The work profile entails Operations and Sales in the Marketing function and in the Process & Engineering roles in the Refineries.
- Candidate will be selected as “Management Trainee” placed in Job Group “A”, with a basic salary of Rs. 24,900/- (Scale of Pay Rs. 24,900 – Rs. 50,500).
- In addition, Dearness Allowance (DA) based on IDA pattern is payable. House Rent Assistance, if applicable will vary based on the class of city of posting.
- The total emoluments at entry level in Job Group ‘A’ are presently Rs. 14.1 Lakhs per annum (approx. cost to company).
- This will include 50% of Basic Pay as Perks & Allowances, Performance Related Pay & 30% of Basic plus DA as superannuation benefits (Provident Fund, Gratuity & New Pension Scheme).

Qualifying Examination:
- /B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) – Mechanical Engineering through AICTE/UGC approved Indian Universities / Institutes.
- E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg) – Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology through AICTE/UGC approved Indian Universities / Institutes.

- Candidates need to apply for BPCL online on the official website after downloading the GATE-2020 admit card and receipt of GATE 2025 registration number.
- Candidates will need to enter GATE-2025 Registration Number for applying to BPCL.

- After completion of the online application form for BPCL, candidates must click on ‘Submit’ to submit the same.
- After this, the system will generate a unique application ID along with the completed application form, which would be emailed to the candidate.

- The same will have to be submitted in case the candidate is shortlisted for further selection process.
- After this, if the candidate is called for further selection process, his/ her identity will be verified with GATE 2025 admit card and GATE-2025 official scorecard.

- General, SC/ ST, OBC (non-creamy layer), and PWDs candidates with a degree of disability 40%
- Jammu & Kashmir candidates between 1.1.1980 and 31.12.1989
- Ex-servicemen & Commissioned Officers (including ECOs & SSCOs, subject to rendering minimum 5 years’ military service and fulfillment of other conditions prescribed by Government of India)
Note: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL) & PWD categories will need to furnish valid caste certificates & PWD Certificates respectively as per the formats prescribed by the Government of India.
BPCL Recruitment through Gate 2025: General Instructions
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
- Each candidate must have an active e-mail ID, valid for at least the next one year.
- They must have all the valid documents like degree certificate, date of birth, caste/disability certificate (if applicable), e-mail id etc. as these information would be required at the time of filling-in the BPCL online application.
- Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Mumbai.
- BPCL has all the rights to cancel/restrict/enlarge/modify/alter the recruitment process, if the need so arises, without issuing any further notice.
- Candidate who doesn’t meet the prescribed eligibility criteria shall be rejected at any stage of the selection process.
