In the GATE official answer key, the “Marks to all” implies that everyone will get the marks for the specific question, regardless of whether they have attempted. This can also be used to calculate the overall score for the test taker. Further, as per some experts, generally after the exam, a panel of experts, which is different from the paper-setting team, will be formed. Then, they will review all the solutions to a particular paper. In some cases, a panel of experts may not agree with the solution or response given by the paper-setting team.
