Review of R V Institute of Technology and Management.
Placements: The highest salary package offered in the mechanical engineering branch is 10 LPA, and the average is 6.3 LPA. Placements are going on. Enquero Global, Mindtree, etc., are the recruiting companies. We have an internship program after each semester.
Infrastructure: We have good Wi-Fi facilities. We have well-equipped labs. Classrooms have green boards and whiteboards. Hostel food is normal. We have a football ground and a basketball court.
Faculty: We have highly qualified professors. They have Ph.D.s from NITs and IITs. We follow the VTU curriculum. We have internal exams every 3 weeks, which help us with the semester exams. The teaching quality is good. If a student is absent for some reason, he or she can watch the recorded classes.

A fresh chapter in the book of RV family, second engineering college of RSST.
Placements: We are the first batch in this Institute, and there is yet to be a happening of placements soon. As told, it will be done along with the main camptus RVCE. The legacy of main campus is that, whatever company you can name or think of, will be present irrespective of courses or branch. The average package for mechanical branch is around 1000000.
Infrastructure: The Institute is neither large nor small, it has a perfect ambience of an engineering college with all the facilities namely, ICT enabled classrooms, well maintained library, high-speed Wi-Fi, computer centres to access data and obtain information anytime, developed laboratories, good amount of working space. The college hostels are setup at two different points near the college for boys and girls. The food available is quite good and it takes time to adjust for the new livelihood. South Indian meals are preferred more and some North Indian dishes too. Tennis, cricket, football, volleyball. Throwball, basketball and many more sports are encouraged and the ground is setup for the same. The liberty and freedom is granted.
Faculty: Majority of the teachers here have secured Ph.D. from reputed IITs and NITs with enough experience in teaching, industry as well as research sector, some are pursuing their Ph.D. at the moment, but are technically sounded. Industrial visits, workshops, seminars and webinars from reputed resource persons are conducted frequently to have a hold on co curriculum too. This Institute is completely under VTU, so the sem end exams happens directly under the university and no role of the Institute in external exams. The pass percentage comes around 60.
Other: I chose mechanical based on my interest, to deal with machines and design. Notable things are, you get deal with machineries practically right from the start and scratch making industry ready. Introducing more practical sessions over theory would better the course. As always college is filled with fests related to technical, cultural and much more in the newly launched auditorium, time to enjoy the college life apart from academics always exist. More than 700 students, 50 teachers support staffs is seen. AICTE, national, state, private scholarships are available based on the eligibility, interest and category. It is still a developing area and all are eager to see the development of the place with the addition of college very quickly. The connectivity to bus, metro, cabs is easier and no problem with that. However you can initiate or participate in the activities, it is always encouraged .

The best college is RV forever.
Placements: Our college has more placement opportunities. I am a 2023 pass-out batch student. In our course, 79 percent of students are placed at good companies. We have more than 170+ recruiting companies such as Tata Motors, BHEL, NPTL, Mahindra, and many others. Many students have got internship opportunities; it's 82%.
Infrastructure: Our course has many facilities. In our college, we have Wi-Fi facilities and good washrooms. Labs in the college classrooms are clean, and canteen food is good. We have a large library. We also have hostel facilities, including games and good food in the mess. Many games are available.
Faculty: All teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They are very supportive. Teachers help in academics for good marks. They are always ready to clear our doubts. The passing percentage is 78%. They prepare us for the industry. The semester exams are hard to pass.

It is a very good and futuristic institute for studying.
Placements: The placements for students of our institution are arranged after their 3rd year of engineering. The placement officers of RV College of Engineering (RVCE) and RVITM will coordinate and schedule the placement activities for both the institutions at RVCE as a combined activity. The students are prepared for placements by offering centralized internships, conducting placement training, industry interface and workshop and research initiative program, and also personality development programs (PDPs) are planned and scheduled in similar lines with RVCE. The same training resource team will be engaged to provide PDP training programs for RVITM students as well.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is a little slow. Phones are not allowed in classrooms. The cafeteria is okay. Mechanical laboratories are well-equipped are designed to bridge the gap between theoretical and practical understanding of concepts. It promotes critical thinking and scientific reasoning abilities among students, adding to the enriching academic experience at RVITM.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable, and most of them have PhDs in their subjects. We have lots of seminars and occasional industry visits. Exams are difficult and also the evaluation. You have to work very hard to get good marks. Practicals are very difficult. We have to do records and write lots of experiments.
Other: At RV Institute of Technology and Management (RVITM), we put great emphasis on incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) in our education. All the programs offered are specially designed to help students gain an in-depth understanding of the latest technological advancements through a stimulating and engaging learning environment. We believe that this approach gives our students an edge over their contemporaries, enabling them to conquer the real world with confidence.

I am satisfied because our college is always the best for learning.
Placements: I hope we are having the pool campus placements with the main branch RVCE since we are the first batch so the percentage of the students who get placements is unable to specify but we hope half of the students will get placed on our campus. Top recruiting companies offer for our branch that to in designing course is highly recommended nowadays. Coming to the highest and the lowest package is all about the RVCE campus because we are the first batch in the RVITM. Around 60% of the students got internships from our course that too in designing course like Catia Solidworks, etc.
Infrastructure: In RVITM, we are having a smartboard facility for teaching and imparting learning its useful for us. Labs are designed well and are operated with new equipment. They are cleaned well, and we are having a main library with systems with Wi-Fi and a lot of books with study tables, etc. The hostel is very near to the campus and the hostel is luxurious. It has Wi-Fi, 24 hours water, a washing machine, and a single bed. The food served is delicious, etc.
Faculty: All the faculty members are from IITs and NITs. Teaching quality is completely excellent and is all highly knowledgeable. The curriculum and academics are arranged as per the board schedule, and all come on time for the class. They care about students. Every internals they arrange the parents teaching meeting.
