When will MET 2025 hall ticket be available?

MET 2025 hall ticket dates have not been announced yet. Candidates will be able to access the MET hall ticket 2025 online at manipal.edu. No other mode will be used to release the admit card of MET. Important information such as the allotted examination date, time, centre, exam day guidelines and more will be available on the admit card. Candidates will have to present their admit card at the centre to attempt the entrance exam. Separate MET 2025 hall tickets will be released for different phases of examination.

Can I access the MET hall ticket offline?

No. MET hall ticket will not be available for the candidates in offline mode i.e., through post or in person. To download the MET admit card, the candidates will have to complete the online slot booking process. After the slots are successfully booked, the hall ticket will be generated for download. If the candidates are unable to log in and download the MET admit card, they are advised to contact the authorities immediately. MET admit card should be printed out and ready before the candidates report to the centre for the examination.

Will the exam day guidelines be available in the MET admit card?

Yes. The candidates will be able to check the exam day guidelines in the MET admit card. Before reporting to the exam centre, the candidates are advised to check the MET exam day guidelines. Through the guidelines, the candidates will be able to know the do's and dont's of the examination. All candidates are advised to reach the exam centre atleast an hour before the examination starts to complete the security checks on time. No electronic devices will be allowed inside the MET exam centre.

What are the steps to download the MET hall ticket?

Registered candidates will be able to access the MET hall ticket online at manipal.edu. Firstly, the candidates will have to log in using their application number and OTBS to complete the MET slot booking process. The OTBS password will be sent to the candidates through email. After selecting their preferred exam dates and slots, the candidates will have to confirm and submit them. MET admit card will be generated and be available for download after the slots are booked.

Will the authority release any notification regarding the release of the MET hall ticket?

No. The authorities of Manipal University will not release any official notification regarding the release of the MET hall ticket. The candidates will have to stay updated by regularly checking the announcements made in the official website regarding the hall ticket of MET. Candidates will be able to access and download the MET hall ticket after completing their slot booking process. Therefore, the candidates are advised to know their MET slot booking dates and complete the process as soon as possible to access the hall ticket.

Where can I access the MET admit card download link?

MET admit card download link will be available at the Manipal OTBS website. The authorities are also expected to send the MET admit card download link through email. To generate the MET admit card, the candidates will have to complete the slot booking process. Only after successfully completing the slot booking, the candidates will be able to access the MET admit card. To download the admit card of MET, the candidates will have to log in using their application form number and OTBS password.

Is the soft copy of MET admit card acceptable at the exam centre?

No. Soft copies of MET admit card will not be accepted by the authorities at the exam centres. All candidates will have to present a print out of their MET hall ticket along with the identity proof and other required documents. Candidates who present digital hall tickets will not be allowed to attempt the examination. After the MET admit card is generated, the candidates are advised to print it out as soon as possible. Multiple print outs are advised since the candidates may lose one.

I want to change my allotted MET exam centre. How can I do it?

Once the MET exam centres are allotted, the candidates will not be able to change it. The authorities will not accept any requests for change in the allotted MET exam centres. Since the exam centres are allotted as per the choices submitted in the application form, the candidates are advised to be careful while making their choices. Along with preferences, the allotment of centres will also depend of te availability of seats in the centre.

Which other documents along with the MET admit card have to be presented at the centre?

Candidates are required to present their MET admit card while reporting to their allotted exam centre. Along with the MET hall ticket, the candidates will also to present their identity proof. Any one of the following documents can be presented at the centre as identity proof - Passport/Voter ID/PAN Card/Driving License/School ID or any Government approved identity proof. A print out of the filled MET application form also has to be taken to the centre. If the candidates are not able to present their admit card and supporting documents, then they will not be allowed to attempt the exam.

Which details are available in the MET admit card?

Candidates will be able to check important personal and examination-related details on the MET admit card. Some of the important details present in the MET admit card are - candidate's name, application form number, selected course, examination date, time, venue address, MET hall ticket number, photograph, signature, etc. Before downloading the MET admit card, the candidates are advised to check the details on it. If there are any mistakes, then the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately.

There is a spelling mistake in my MET admit card. How can I correct it?

The authorities do not provide any online facility to make corrections in the details available on the MET admit card. If the candidates discover any mistakes in the MET hall ticket, they are advised to contact the authorities immediately. Since the MET admit card is an important document that is required at the centre, the candidates are advised to get the corrections done immediately. To avoid any problems at the centre, the mistakes should be corrected as soon as possible.

My signature in the MET admit card is blurred. What should I do to rectify it?

If the signautre in the MET admit card is blurred, the candidates are advised to contact the official authorities immediately. It is important to let the authorities know about the problem, so that the candidates do not face any troubles at the examination centre. If the candidates are allowed to use the same MET hall ticket at the centre, then they are advised to ask the authorities for an approval note. This will let the invigilators know about the problem and will less likely bring any trouble to the candidates at the centre.

When will MET slot booking start?

MET 2025 slot booking dates have not been announced yet. Registered candidates will be able to access the MET slot booking facility online. The authorities are expected to open separate slot booking facilities for the different MET phases. If the candidates are not able to complete the slot booking before the final date, then they will be automatically allotted slots as per the availability. No requests for changes in the allotted slots will be accepted after the final date.

When will MET 2025 be held?

MET 2025 exam dates have been announced. The authorities will conduct MET 2025 online i.e., as a computer-based test in two phases - Phase 1 (April 18 and 19, 2025) and Phase 2 (May 12, 2025). During the entrance examination, the candidates will have to answer multiple-choice questions of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for MET 2025 admissions.
