Placements: About 5000 students ,This was purely an academic bachelor's degree course, So, Chance of getting recruited in private companies is low.Non- of internet services inside the campus hinders students to get access from online resources.Nepotism works at lot here in this college, especially in chemistry department where they keep the marks of their very high for no reason
Infrastructure: Faculty were average and there was no availability of wifi at that time.Cheap librarian at that time,he was not giving books to students for more than 7 days and were giving books to his for months without charging for penalty. Non- availability of wifi at that campus hinders students from getting access of online resources

Not very satisfied with the college and it can do more to improve. Thank you.
Placements: So I am pursuing my degree in commerce at Islamia College of Science and Commerce, Hawal Srinagar. The commerce stream has the most students in our college compared to other streams. So for the internship, the college doesn't provide you the allotment but instead you yourself have to find an internship, which is mandatory in your final semester as it contains marks.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are pretty big and good. The library is also good and the department of commerce isn't that good as compared to other departments in the college. The hostels are also available. The canteen has a limited variety of food, so I prefer to bring lunch from home. For medical facilities, a dispensary is also available and you can play games in the ground.
Faculty: Each teacher is different; some teachers are really good at their job but some are not. In our semester-end exam, we need a 75% attendance rate; then we have to give term exams and if we qualify for term exams then only we are allowed to sit for final exams; after that you have to give internals for the commerce department.
Other: I chose this course to learn more about commerce, which I think is best because it provides you with vast information. They should give relation in terms of exams as we are under pressure all the time. Events and fests do happen. Scholarships are not given.

I'm dissatisfied because of the faculty. Placement offers are zero.
Placements: Around 65% of students got placed in our course. There is no recruitment for our course. Students did not get placements and internships because no company offered our college any internships. Roles are not offered in our course.
Infrastructure: The library, labs, and classrooms are quite good. The Wi-Fi service is off. If the Wi-Fi network gets connected, it is always out of recharge. The infrastructure of the hostel is bad. Hostel rooms are full of dust. Walls of the hostel are dirty. The canteen food is tasteless.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful. They are qualified but not experienced. The course is not relevant. It doesn't make students industry-ready. Our college semester exams are busy. Teachers who evaluate the paper are bad at evaluation.
Other: Our college should bring better teachers and conduct exams on a regular basis without any delay.

"Government degree college for boys Anantnag" A critical and brutally honest review.
Placements: The percentage of students in my course? It would be too low, especially for the course I am enrolled in. A maximum of 20 students attend the class out of a total enrollment (25). The admission process is extremely tedious and confusing. This is one of the reasons the placement is too poor in my college.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are a 7/10, labs 8/10 according to a Chemistry student that I am. The library is meh, 7/10. Wi-Fi is too slow. The canteen is horrendous. The gym is obsolete. First aid boxes are found in almost all departments. Sports and extracurricular activities are a +1, they do the trials and you get selected.
Faculty: Teachers aren't helpful at all, make little effort, and impart weak knowledge. Disappointing, to be honest. The curriculum is quite good actually, and if one follows it purely, he would definitely be industry-ready. The difficulty level for the semester exams is medium. I passed two of my semesters with just half the knowledge. And that's actually good with the quality of the content that we get from the teachers.
Other: I was good at Chemistry since my UG days in high school, so I chose B.Sc. Chemistry. I love doing practicals. The syllabus is kind of boring though. Kashmir University didn’t think it through. It’s disappointing to say that there are little to no events held at my college. The crowd is actually huge inside the campus as well as outside it. The surroundings consist of dhabas, photostat centers, etc. The parks are the only source of a peaceful environment, like the library park for boys and the fountain park for girls.

Placement Cell for MBA/PGDM at Kashmir University

Unfortunately, there is no placement cell for MBA/PGDM at Kashmir University. According to various reviews, students have to suffer on their own to find placements, as the university does not provide any assistance in this regard. Here are some key points that summarize the situation:

* No Placement Cell: There is no dedicated placement cell to help students secure jobs after completing their MBA/PGDM program.
* Students Look for Internships Alone: Students have to arrange their own internships, which can be challenging and may not offer stipends.
* Limited Job Opportunities: The university does not have a history of placing its students in reputed organizations, and most students opt to pursue opportunities outside India.
* Lack of Support: Teachers and administrators seem unhelpful in addressing the concerns of students regarding placement issues.

Overall, it appears that the university's lack of focus on placement services leaves students struggling to find employment opportunities after graduation.
