XIM University Bhubaneswar admission to various courses is both merit-based and entrance-based. Admission to BTech, BSc, BCom, and BM is offered on the basis of a written test or interview conducted by the university. The XAT application fee 2025 is INR 2,200. The XAT fee is to be paid online at the time of forms submission. The fee is same for candidates belonging to all categories. Unlike other MBA entrance exams, there is no rebate for Reserved category candidates in XAT. If you select XLRI in the application form for admission, you will have to pay INR 200 additionally.

Yes, XIM University confers BA LLB as an integrated five-year course to provide students with sound bases for legal education. Admission to this course takes place through the entrance test for BA LLB. This course prepares a candidate with all sorts of skills and knowledge about their profession concerning law. The applicant can apply only through the portal site as per the eligibility criteria for the BA LLB course. However, this admission is confirmed only after the submission of the required admission fee. Candidates interested can log on to the website to apply.

CAT application process 2024 began from August 1, 2024 at the iimcat.ac.in website. The registration process will end on September 20, 2024.

The schedule of CAT 2024 registration cum application was announced on July28, 2024 at the iimcat.ac.in website. The notification for CAT 2024 was released at the IIMCAT websites and all national newspapers. The last date to submit CAT application form 2024 was September 13, 2024 but was later extended to September 20, 2024.

Admission to BTech courses at XIM University is provided to candidates who have passed the Class 12 or an equivalent examination with an aggregate score of 60% in the science stream. These include subjects like Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry. Apart from this, applicants also require a valid score in JEE Main entrance exams or Xavier Engineering Selection Test, XEST. The selection is based on the entrance exam score, performance in personal interviews, and Class 10 academic records as well as Class 12 academic records. All these need to be fulfilled to obtain a seat under the BTech programme.

Xavier University offers admission to BM, BCom, and BSc courses based on merit scores. For admission to BSc course, candidates need to submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and appear for Skype/ Personal Interview . For BTech admission, applicants are required to appear for a written test (Xavier Engineering Selection Test). The final selection will be based on the Xavier Engineering Selection Test Score, Personal Interview and academic performance in class 10 and class 12 examinations. For admission to Postgraduate courses, admission will be granted on the basis of a valid score in XAT/ CAT/ GMAT/ X-GMAT. Shortlisted candidates will be further assessed on the basis of Group Discussion, Writing Ability tests, and Personal Interview in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, or Mumbai. The final selection will be granted based on the candidate's performance in XAT/CAT/GMAT/X-GMT, GD Writing Ability Test, and Personal Interview, the past academic record and relevant work experience will also be taken into account.

The total number of seats for BTech offered by XIM University is 120 for the academic year 2024. Although, for the admission process, candidates have to mandatorily register through the JoSAA councelling for BTech seat allocations. In each section, candidates need to provide relevant documentation for the verification process. 

The candidates must have passed at least a qualified Class 12 or equivalent-level examination from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate marks. Admission is provided based on a national-level entrance exam and the merit list of Class 12. The age limits to enroll in the BA LLB (Hons) course have not been specified.
