AIBE Question Paper 2024

The BCI will conduct the AIBE 19 (XIX) Exam 2024 in 11 languages in offline mode. The purpose of conducting in regional languages is to ensure everybody gets a chance to appear and clear it. Candidates who will clear the AIBE 19 Exam will be issued Certificate of Practice (COP). This will allow them to practice law in any court across the country. Candidates must choose the language they wish to appear in AIBE XIX Exam 2024 while filling up the AIBE Application Form. Solving the AIBE previous years' question paper helps candidates understand the AIBE syllabusexam pattern as well as difficulty level.

Q:   Can I take AIBE question paper home after the exam?

A:

No, candidates are not allowed to take the AIBE question paper or any other exam-related material outside the examination hall. However, candidates are allowed to take a printout of the questions and their responses which is released by the BCI along with the provisional answer key. The 'Response Sheet', contains the questions that were asked in the exam along with the responses marked by the candidate. The Response Sheet can be used by the candidates to evaluate their performance and identify their mistakes. Candidates are advised to keep the Response Sheet safe for future reference. 

Q:   AIBE question paper will be released along with answer key?

A:

Yes, BCI released the AIBE question paper along with the provisional answer key on the official website of the exam. Now that the AIBE 2024 question papers and answer keys is out, the candidates able to check all the questions and the keys. If the candidate felt that there is a discrepancy in an answer key (s) or that a question (s) was wrong, then they are given a provision to challenge the particular key/question. 

Q:   How many languages is the AIBE question paper conducted?

A:
From AIBE 17 onwards, the Bar Council of India has decided to conduct AIBE in 22 vernacular languages apart from English language. Therefore, AIBE is conducted in English and 22 vernacular languages as under: Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi Kannada, Kashmir Konkani, Malayalam, Manipur, Marathi, Nepali Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu Bodo, Santhali, Maithili Dogri.

Q:   Where can I download AIBE question papers for my paper code?

A:

Candidates preparing for AIBE must download the previous year question paper. It is crucial to solve previous year question paper to acquaint with the AIBE 2024 exam pattern and time duration. To download the AIBE question papers, candidates must follow the steps mentioned below:
Step 1- Visit the link provided- https://www.shiksha.com/law/aibe-exam-question-papers
Step 2- Select the sample paper to be downloaded and click on 'download' tab
Step 3- Candidates must login if they are not logged in
Step 4- Screen will now display the AIBE sample paper
Step 5- Download the question paper.

Q:   Does AIBE exam include subjective questions?

A:
No, the AIBE exam only includes objective-type/ multiple-choice questions, I. e. the questions are followed by 4 or 5 options, from which candidates can select the correct most correct option as their answer. There is no short answer type, long answer type or essay type questions in AIBE question paper. Candidates will be provided an OMR sheet along with the question, and they need to mark the correct option from A, B, C. , and D, on it, by using a ball point pen (black or blue).. .

To pass AIBE 19, a candidate must have at least 45% marks in case of being from the general or OBC category, and 40% in case of a candidate belonging to the SC/ST category. Considering you scored 43 marks, it seems that you failed to cross the pass mark.

The latest cutoff for AIBE 19 held on December 22, 2024, is given below for the General/OBC category as well as for the SC/ST/PwD category.

The last date for correction in AIBE registration form was November 22nd 2024. So you can not correct now. Now the admit card downloading is in process from December 15th onwards.
