Candidates can download the TANCET hall ticket by visiting the official website, tancet.annauniv.edu. Candidates need to download the TANCET hall ticket using the login dashboard. Email ID and password helps candidates access the TANCET admit card login portal.

Candidates need to follow the steps mentioned below to download the TANCET hall ticket:

1st Step: Visit the official website of TANCET, tancet.annauniv.edu.

2nd Step: Click on the tab for TANCET hall ticket download

3rd Step: Enter the login credentials including email ID and password

4th Step: Enter the security code appearing on the screen

5th Step: Click on the 'Login' button

6th Step: On the appearing window, click on the 'Print' button and download the TANCET admit card

TANCET Hall Ticket Download Portal

TANCET admit card comprises the following details –

• Candidate’s name
• TANCET registration number
• Date of birth
• Candidate's community or category
• Scanned images of photograph and signature
• Date and time of exam
• Exam venue details
• Exam day guidelines

Candidates who have filled the application form can retrieve the TANCET login credentials to download the admit card. The login ID is same as the registered email ID, entered while filling the application form. The password can be recovered by entering the email ID, date of birth and the registered mobile number. Anna University will share the password via email or SMS.

In case candidates find any errors while checking the TANCET 2024 hall ticket, they must contact the officials immediately to get the errors rectified. Upon receiving the confirmation from the officials, they can download the admit card again and ensure that the corrections were made accordingly. Candidates should carry one of the following photo-identity proofs to the examination centre.

• Aadhaar Card
• Passport
• Driving License
• PAN Card
• Ration Card
• Identity Card issued by college authorities

After downloading the TANCET 2024 hall ticket or admit card, candidates had to follow the steps given below:

• Review the details mentioned in the admit card of TANCET exam 
• Note the TANCET 2024 roll number/ hall ticket number
• Check the exam day instructions and abide by the same on the exam day
• Note the exam centre and address and plan the commute and expected travel duration
• Take multiple printouts and preserve those till the admission process is complete
• Preserve the soft copy of the TANCET 2024 admit card for future reference

In case candidates misplace the TANCET hall ticket, they had to request a duplicate hall ticket by paying INR 100 through Demand Draft. For this, candidates need to write to The Secretary, TANCET, Anna University, Chennai, mentioning details like registration/application number and name of the exam centre.

Candidates need to abide by the following guidelines on the exam day

• Produce the hall ticket at the entry gate of the examination centre else the officials will not allow the candidate to get inside the exam centre.
• Carry at least one photo-identity proof to the exam centre
• Reach the TANCET exam centre one hour before the reporting time
• Electronic items like calculators, cellphones, pagers, wristwatches, etc. will not be allowed inside the examination centre
• Keep their bags, notebooks, pen, pencil, etc. outside the examination hall
• Candidates should keep wearing a mask and maintain social-distancing norms
• They have to carry their personal hand sanitiser (50 ml) and transparent water bottle
