A. {Source: GNM students & alumni}

Here's an honest and informative answer to the question:

Placement Cell:

* Unfortunately, there is no active placement cell at Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur, which means students need to take initiative themselves to secure jobs after graduation.
* As mentioned by several students, "every student has to put their own effort for jobs" due to the absence of a dedicated placement cell.

Job Placements:

* While the college doesn't have a formal placement process, many students have secured internships or training positions in government or private hospitals.
* The top roles offered include positions such as nurses or GNM trainers.

Overall, while the college may not have a strong focus on career guidance and job placements, students can still pursue opportunities independently and leverage the institution's relationships with local healthcare providers.
