Indian Air Force will close the window to fill AFCAT 1 2025 application form today. AFCAT 1 application form 2025 was released on December 2, 2024. The link to fill the application form is provided on this page. AFCAT application form filling process comprises several stages which candidates need to complete successfully. AFCAT application fees are INR 550 with GST charges. The application fees are common across various categories. AFCAT exam is conducted to select candidates for the Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches.

AFCAT dates 2025 were announced along with the notification. The online test will be conducted on February 22 and 23, 2025. The test carries a total of 300 marks. Any graduate candidate can apply for the exam.

A:

The online correction window for AFCAT is made available by IAF after the application process closes. Only two sections are editable, 'Fill Application Form' and 'Upload Document'. Using the correction window, candidates can edit the details such as Candidate's name, Father's name, Passport Size Photo, Signature, Thumb Impression. No other fields are editable. No extra fee is charged to make the changes in the application form. The facility for editing the application form can be done by candidates who register successfully and pay the application fee. Therefore, you can correct the photograph and not DOB. The admit card is issued to candidates based on the information provided by candidates in the application form. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter the required details.

Yes, IAF provides the facility to edit the details entered in the AFCAT application form. The online correction window remains open for a specified time period. Candidates can use the correction window to edit details such as name, father's name, mother's name, photograph, signature, and thumb impression image. No extra fee is charged to edit the details in the application form. After the closure of the edit window, candidates are not allowed to make any changes in the application form. Therefore, candidates are advised to fill the application form correctly. The admit card is issued to candidates who submits the application form correctly. The correction in the application form can be done online only.
