The most respected faculty members of DU come from our college.
Placements: Students become eligible for placement in the final year, final semester. Different companies come for placement and also offer a number of offers, with a package up to 12 Lacs being the highest among the placement offers. Out of 10 students, approximately 6 students get selected, which is a very good number. I have already graduated from this college and I am planning for further studies.
Infrastructure: The college location is just too good as Vishwavidyalaya metro station is just one and a half miles from our college. So commuting and traveling to college at any point is so easy. The college has two canteens, one small and the other humongous. Our annual fest is Mecca, and besides that, we have a sports fest too.
Faculty: The faculty here is student-friendly and supportive. They motivate students to study and help them with the syllabus. The lab assistants and in-charges are very cooperative and nice, and the labs are fully equipped with all the required things.

College has very big library. It has numerous books including all subjects.
Placements: There are not very many placements in the college, but some courses like Statistics and Commerce students get some good placements. The students from Sem 6 are eligible for the placements. About other things like packages and all, I am not aware of those things. My plans:- I am going to write CSIR NET and GATE and go for a Ph.D. in nano catalysis and energy storage.
Infrastructure: The overall experience is mesmerizing during the undergraduation. There are a lot of programmes, seminars, webinars, and society programmes going on daily. Also, who is unaware of the annual fest of Hindu College, "Mecca"? As the name suggests, it is the best fest of DU, with a full house of sponsors and audience. Any student of DU doesn't want to miss it. Sports games are also played by students who want to go for it, but a student who wants to attend all classes and labs gets very little time for all such activities.
Faculty: Faculty-to-student ratio: 1 to 5. Teachers are very helpful and always there with the students, whether it is an academic or personal issue. Although all the faculty members were experts in their field and very good in teaching and behavior. The faculty members I liked most during my undergrad are Dr. Vinita Narula and Dr. Aman Bhardwaj. I liked them most because they are very generous and their teaching is just amazing. Also, Dr. Dinesh is also loved by the whole class. He kept engaging the class with him. Exam structure:- There are two semesters in a year, and every semester contains two exams: an internal and a final exam. The final exam also contains a practical exam. Internals are for 25 marks. Final exams are for 75 marks. The practical exam is for 50 marks, including continuous evaluation. If you have studied throughout the semester attentively, the exam will not be hard for you.

Our college campus looks like a set of a Bollywood film; it's that great.
Placements: From 3rd semester we were eligible to give the campus according to our previous semester marks. The companies at that time were Reliance Telecom, Angel, Vodafone, Airtel Call Centre, Maruti Suzuki Sales Team, Reliance Fresh, Woodland, and Eicher Tractors Marketing Team. 65% of students were selected from the campus interviews. I joined Mahindra dealership for gaining experience in the automobile sector.
Infrastructure: Our annual fest Ke Mecca is indeed the most sought-after fest in DU. Be it LSR or SRCC, all the students of top DU colleges come and dance to the tunes that are played during our fests. The basketball court and badminton court are the places where finding a place to play is next to impossible. Over 30+ societies and students actively are involved with these societies to garner other skills in which societies of our college help immensely.
Faculty: The faculty has always helped the weak students to seek the best knowledge and understand their potential capability. The teachers have always encouraged the students to give their best results as they wanted every student to be attended to for their lesson plans.

The college has excellent infrastructure and placement.
Placements: So far, 40% of students have secured jobs through campus interviews. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.4 LPA, with the average package being 6-7 LPA. Major recruiters include TCS, Infosys, IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, among others. About 20% of students obtain internships with smaller companies. The roles available in my course include Data Analyst and Risk Analyst.
Infrastructure: The college provides a Wi-Fi facility with good internet speed. There are 6 labs, each equipped with Wi-Fi, printers, and scanners. A server room manages all the machines in these labs. The college also has a library and projectors facilities for presentations, workshops, and seminars.
Faculty: The faculty is attentive and knowledgeable, focusing more on imparting knowledge than rote learning. This approach opens doors for pursuing a Ph.D. or entering the corporate world. Semester exams are of intermediate difficulty with thorough teaching of all concepts before the exams.
Other: Campus festivals are always enjoyable. The college offers many scholarships for top-performing and needy students.

Best college in entire Delhi University!
Placements: Placements are good in the maths department. Around 50% of students were placed in good companies. The minimum package was around 5 LPA and the maximum was 13lpa in the Maths department. Top companies include Novartis, Axtria, RMS etc. There are fewer internships available, and around 10 students get internships each year in our department.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good, there is a library, canteen and other facilities. They are not AC though. As for the hostels, there is a mess and the hostels are clean and tidy. Games and sports are a bit less in the college as well as this department. Classrooms are fully AC and clean and well-maintained.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. All of them try their best to impart knowledge to students. Even the student mentors are very friendly and supportive. The course is not much relevant to the corporate industry, however for the academic sector, it is best in class.
Other: I was interested in pursuing Masters in mathematics and DU has a great course structure. Hindu college is one of the best and most reputed ones in DU and has an excellent location as well. Best in-class faculty with good Wi-Fi, amazing fests, scholarship and awards each year. There should be some corporate exposure as well, rest was great.

No, it is not necessary that you study statics in your all six semesters because in this semesters you may study subjects like trigonometry, 3d geometry, vector algebra etc. You are eligible for M.Sc in maths or statics. There is no such barrier.
