Admission to AMU for a BA is subject to the fulfilment of a specified set of eligibility criteria. Applicants must meet any one of the following criteria to be eligible to take admission to the said course:

AMU BA tuition fee ranges between INR 25,500 and INR 40,500. The exact amount depends on the choice of specialisation. The minimum marks required for admission to AMU depends on the selected course. Generally, for all the UG courses the minimum requirement is that the candidate must have passed class 12 with a minimum 50% aggregate and for AMU PG courses admission, 50% in graduation is required.

There is no such provision for direct admission to any of the programmes offered at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU). Candidates seeking admission at AMU must meet the eligibility criteria laid down by the university. Those who meet the eligibility criteria can register for the prescribed entrance examinations. AMU offers a two-year full-time MBA course at the postgraduate level. The University is currently accepting applications for its MBA courses, interested candidates must visit the official website of AMU to apply online. Aligarh Muslim University accepts AMU-CAT entrance tests for MBA admission. Aligarh Muslim University Common Admission Test (AMU-CAT) is conducted by the University. The date of the AMU entrance exam is yet to be released by Aligarh Muslim University. However, the AMU-CAT entrance test generally conducts in June every year.
