The DAVV CET 2022 counselling will begin tentatively from the second week of October 2022. The last date of registration for DAVV CET counselling will be announced. Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in DAVV CET to participate in the counselling process. Candidates have to submit their choices within the stipulated date and upload documents to claim their seats. Generally, two rounds of DAVV CET counselling are conducted and further rounds will be announced by the university depending on the number of vacant seats.
Candidates need to be present in person along with the required documents for the counselling. The admission committee will decide the allotment of candidates to a particular programme at the time of DAVV CET 2022 counselling.

- Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000/- in favor of “Registrar (Self – Finance) others” Indore
- Copy of NTA Mark sheet
- Category wise merit for DAVV CET – 2022 downloaded from MP Online Portal
- Passport size Photographs - 02Nos.
- Copy of counselling registration form
- Mark Sheet of qualifying examination (Original + 3 Photocopies Self Attested)
- Transfer Certificate: Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
- Migration Certificate: Original + 1 Photocopy (Self Attested)
- Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates (Original + 1 Photocopy self-attested)
- Income Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidate (Original + 1 Photocopy selfattested)

Steps to Register for DAVV CET Counselling 2022
Step 1- Visit the Official website- davv.mponline.gov.in
Step 2- The screen will display the login page
Step 3- Enter the following details:
- CET Application number
- Date of Borth
- Select Your Group
- Enter Captcha
Click on tab 'Search'
Step 4- Fill the registration form and take the print of the completed form for future reference.
DAVV CET Counselling 2022: Process
- All the candidates who clear the DAVV CET exam need to first register for DAVV counselling by paying the required fees prescribed by the examination authority
- Registered candidates are called for the counselling
- The admission authority verify the documents (both original and photocopy) of candidates
- Seats are allotted to candidates during counselling as per their ranks on the merit list
Once seats are allotted, candidates have to pay the admission fee to secure their admission.
DAVV CET Counselling 2022 – Process to cancel seats
If a candidate has secured admission in the first or second counselling rounds and now wants to cancel his admission, they can do so by filling the admission cancellation form. After cancellation, candidates can collect their documents from the required departments. The deposited fee is refunded to candidates after deducting a certain amount.
Process of the third round of counselling against vacant seats
- All registered candidates, who want to appear in third the counselling round, have to apply online on the official website
- Candidates already registered for first and second counselling are also required to apply again
- Candidates who have already been allotted seats can also apply. They need to bring an allotment letter and fee receipt of first/second counselling
- Details of the vacant seats for the third counselling round will be available on the official website
- After online registration, the candidates are required to report to the counselling venue along with the prescribed documents
Refund of DAVV Counselling 2022 Fees
- If any candidate leaves the course before the last counselling day, the fee will be refunded after deducting a sum of Rs 1,000
- Only caution money is refunded if a candidate leaves any course after the said date
- In case where candidates have given an undertaking, there is no refund of fee
- If a provisionally admitted student has been declared fail in the qualifying exam, fee deposited will be refunded after deducting Rs 1,000
Tie-breaking policy
In case of a tie, i.e more than one student has the same marks in the qualifying examination, admission will be given on the basis of the following criteria: (a) Seniority in age is considered
(b) In case of age is also tied, Alphabetical order of candidate name is considered
DAVV CET 2022 Counselling - Seat Reservation
Reservation of seats in programs offered by the university is done in accordance with the policy of the Madhya Pradesh Government. The benefits of the reservation are given to the domiciles of Madhya Pradesh.
- Of the total seats, 16 per cent and 20 per cent seats are reserved for applicants belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST)
- 14 per cent seats are reserved for applicants from OBC category (non- creamy layer)
- 10 per cent seats are available for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh
- One seat on over and above basis in each course is reserved for physically challenged candidates with 50 per cent and above disability
- A horizontal reservation of 30 per cent of the total seats are offered to female applicants
- Admission for of the university employees will be done on the basis of university guidelines
- One seat in each program (over and above) is reserved for sons/daughters of the persons displaced from the state of Jammu and Kashmir settled in MP on or before January 1, 1990
- One seat in each program is reserved on over and for residents of Jammu and Kashmir
