The lowest salary package offered is around 3-4 LPA. Uber, Google, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, and all big firms are the top recruiters. Good placements, good infrastructure, increasing no. of students = lowering quality of placements.

Placements: Around 50-60% of the students got internship from my batch. In good companies, only around 20% students could secure an internship. Rest of the students could get an internship only in smaller companies, mostly startups. Other students had to apply off campus for internships.

I am satisfied with the college as it does not give much stress to the students and good facilities.

Placements: About 70% of the students got placed, and many students opt for higher studies. The salary package offered in our course ranges between 4-12 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Bajaj Auto, Facebook, Samsung and non-tech companies visit our campus for placements. Roles like different engineers roles and monitoring are offered to the students. Only 5-6 students got on-campus internships in Bajaj Auto and Suez Water. Rest of the students are doing an internship on their own.

Great college but definitely has room to improve.

Placements: The placement is exceptional as you can expect from DTU. The students who passed the GPA criteria almost 100% get placed. Top companies include Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs and even some banking sector companies. Average package is around 8lpa. The highest is around 40-60 LPA national package. The lowest being closer to 3-4 LPA. Internships are not as high as placements but definitely around 30% students get internships from college.

Placements: In a batch of 125 people, Only 2 have been placed in core branches of civil engineering (Till September). There have been placements in other job profiles like software developer and Non- Tech profiles. That would add the tally to be around 5-7 Some of the top recruiting companies that visit DTU are Bechtel and L&T etc.

Placements: Many students got placed from our batch, and approximately 90% of the students got placed before February. Students were offered all types of roles ranging from software developer to tester. I don't know about the exact salary package offered by the company, but it was ranging from 5 LPA to 30 LPA. The placement cell coordinates all activities with companies and invites them according to a given time slot. As for the internship, the monthly stipend offered ranges from Rs. 12,000 to 2 lacs.

DTU is a good platform if you are focused.

Placements: Placements are great for IT, CS, software, and MC departments. For other streams, only 2-3 students have a comparable salary package to IT or CS. If you are good in civil, mechanical branches, then you have good prospects. A lot of students get selected with the role of a business analyst. No matter at which position you will get placed, if you sit for the placement. It depends on how good you are in your subject.
