Review of Delhi Technological University (DCE).

Placements: The overall placement stats of DTU are quite good as compared to other tier-2 colleges of India. Many prominent and top tier companies like Maruti, Tata, Honeywell, etc., visit the campus for offering placements to mechanical engineering. Several non-tech firms and big fours KPMG, EY, etc., visit our campus and usually offer placements to all the branches. According to previous year's placement stats, almost 88% of students from the mechanical engineering branch got placed, and the remaining st...

DTU - one stop for overall growth.

Placements: Placements are fine. With more than 70% placements, you can easily secure good placements provided you have the requisite skills that a company requires. As long as a student has more than 6 gpa he/ she has 100% chances to be placed, rest depends on hardwork.

Good experience at Delhi Technological University.

Placements: Fairly good placements. The average salary for core mechanical fields is slightly on the lower end, but the profiles are good. We have a placement cell with a cooperative team to contact at any time. A number of tech and non-tech companies come for a campus visit.

The infrastructure is extremely good. Placement stats are fine but disappointing faculty.

Placements: Placement stats of our college are fine and moderate. Every year, many of the students from various branches are placed. Exact stats can be easily obtained from the college website, dtu. ac.in. Apart from these, major MNCs like Google, Uber, Oracle, Bajaj, Bechtel, Hero, Hilti, and many more which can't be counted on fingers. There is also an industrial training session in which the same companies provide various internship opportunities with an appropriate stipend. The highest salary package is...

Nice infrastructure but dissatisfied with labs, good faculty & course curriculum, good placements.

Placements: Placements are just average for PSCT branch but for CS IT etc. These are pretty much better. Talking about my seniors batch only some students got placed in tech giants like IOCL and those who were placed got non tech jobs mostly. IOCL and Honeywell visited the campus last year. And this year Reliance visited for offering summer internship. And yes there is Training and Placement cell in campus which helps in notifying about important companies visiting, interviews, tests and GD dates.

Placements: This year, technical companies didn't visit the campus for placements. Only a single technical company visited the campus for placements. While a few non-technical companies visited the campus for placements and several students got placed in them. There is a placement cell on the campus.

Placements: I am yet to sit in my first placement session but from what I have heard, the placement is generally good and if you really apply yourself you can definitely get it. If you have CGPA greater than 6.5, you would be able to apply for any company that visits the campus.

Delhi Technological University is the home for great minds.

Placements: Placements for the electrical branch are in favour of the students with good GPA, preferably top 10 students in the department. PSUs such as TATA Power and Reliance schedule interviews with the top scorers, no written test is conducted. PPOs are also offered quite frequently.

The college provides good infrastructure and very good placements but dissatisfied with the faculty.

Placements: Placements in DTU are really very good especially for CSE, IT, SE and MCE branches. This is the main reason why most students come here. Almost all the students are placed (early or late). The average salary package offered is 7-8 LPA. Moreover, one internship was mandatory in our batch, and from the next batch, 3 internships are mandatory (any off or on-campus). Companies visit the campus for offering both internships and full-time placements in the last week of July until the end of the sessio...

Placements: Placements were one of the best in India. I study in software engineering branch, and from my senior batch, the highest package offered was 94 LPA by Facebook, London. A senior was placed in Google, Germany. Few more placements were offered outside India. Placements offered in India are very good, especially for COE, IT and SE branches. Placements: Placements in our college are very good. We have one of the best and most supportive TnP cells of Delhi. Around 500 companies, including startups, visit DTU for on-campus placements. Many PSUs also visit the DTU campus. The placement ratio is quite high and is more than that of many other reputed engineering colleges.
