Good placements, nice campus life, but weak faculty.

Placements: Our college do have a placement cell, which almost breaks their own record every year. The highest package was offered by uber 1.25 crores and even the lowest was around 3 Lacs, the internship quite depends on student himself for the rest two, one is provided by college (3 internships necessary this year onwards). Many companies visit our college like Royal Enfield, Uber, Qualcomm, SanDisk, Samsung etc., and many other which offer quite good packages. Average package for 2017 was 9 Lacs per annu...

Delhi School of Management is a budding institute that needs drastic changes for growth.

Placements: The placements solely depend upon the candidates. The training and placement cell of the college works hard to get good companies. Some good companies like KPMG, TCS, Rubique, etc., are regular recruiters. But as previously said, the students are only responsible for their placements. On an average, 60-70% of the batch gets placed. This is somewhat low as the institution is comparatively new. However, slowly and steadily it is building up the pace and will grow to be a good college in a few upco...

DTU: The best time of my Life!

Placements: The college houses a robust Training and placement department at its heart which every year gives its students to apply to few of the top firms across all fields and sectors. The department is also responsible for the internship of every student at the end of 3rd year. The stats of previous year placement is available on the official web portal as well as on different websites. The highest foreign placement last year was 1.24 crore grabbed by Siddhart Raja in Google.

Good placements Good exposure.

Placements: Well I heard about people getting placed with a pacakge of 1.2core in google. People also get placed in good companies like uber, bajaj, hp etc. But that's just top 10%. I the average placement varies branch wise so. The core branches have a better chance. The minimum placement is 3 Lacs per annum as mass requitments. Placements wise DTU come in top 10 after the IITs.

Very good placements and a good campus life.

Placements: The core placements for the electrical department in our college are generally average. But the students of the electrical department can get placed in other companies based on their interest. Usually, most of the students get jobs. The placements for the students from the computers department are awesome, students get two to three jobs above 10 LPA.

DTU journey was inspirational due to its legacy of producing unique and great thinkers.

Placements: Placements for M.Tech is relatively lower than B.Tech but decent high package jobs are available. Placement is evenly spaced throughout the last year of course. High opportunity of being placed in core and consulting companies if have aptly worked on CV and interviews. Around 50-60% of the class got placed and rest opted for higher studies and Ph.D/research. Separate Training & Placement Cell that efficiently handles the visiting companies. A lot of companies, nearly 500 collective for all branc...

Placements: I am still in the 2nd year of my course, so I can't tell about placements through my personal experiences, but as far as I heard, the placements in IT and CSE branches are quite good. Last year, the highest package was 1.25 crore which was offered to a CSE student by Uber company.

DTU-An institution worth fighting for.

Placements: Placements vary for every department. It is about 100% for soft branches CS it, se, mce) and about 60-70% for core branches (me, ce, elec). Overall placement opportunities are abundant (DTU has the highest no of non tech companies visiting the campus). About 260 companies visited the campus last year and around 1300 students were placed. For mechanical department, the highest salary is offered by iocl (13lpa) and average package is between 5-6lpa.

Placements: Last year only 50% students were placed. The highest package is about 20lacs/annum. Qualcomm, Texas Instrument, Reliance, etc. Are visited. One of the best companies Qualcomm and Texas Instrument are visited and choose analog and digital profiles. At least 10-12 companies are visited for EEE or more. Average package is about 5 lac/annum. There is a good placement cell working in DTU.

Placements: Maximum students of the college get placed in highly reputed companies both tech and non-tech. The average package was around 6 lacs per annum, but mostly good students get at least 7.5 lacs per annum. Companies include Qualcomm, NVETIA, Cisco, Wipro, TCS, Samsung, Detroit and other major MNCs visit the college.

Placements: Roughly, 70% of the students get placed every year with nearly full placements in CS related branches and 60% in the core branches. The maximum students get decent job offers from companies in the domain of consulting and KPOs. The internships are usually good enough for non-core related branches, but poor for core branches.

Satisfying, as the placement is good, and the crowd is a motivating one on the campus.

Placements: The placements are 100% as we have nearly 350 companies visiting our campus during the two semesters. We have all the top firms coming up with the great profiles. The one placement policy helps all the students to get the equal opportunities. The one recruited in the mass recruiters are allowed to sit in the other companies as well. The training and placement department is active as everyone trying their best to get as many companies as possible.

Placements: The placements for computer and related branch for M.Tech are decent. The students coming from the private colleges and non-top-tier colleges can undoubtedly expect good companies and the packages. They need to be proficient in coding skills to bag the highest packages in their dream companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Adobe and the other product based companies. Placements: I have already gone through the internship season, and I was glad to see the number of companies that visited our college, even for an internship. I got the internship at Microsoft and GSMO after I tried in 5-6 other companies. The placement has almost double the companies than the internship. For IT related branches, for the average to good students, the average package is 9-12 lpa.

Placements: DSM is a budding brand name. The placements mostly rely upon efforts of students in the placement cell. However, considering everything, on the whole, the college is excellent regarding return on investment. Internship opportunities are good, and the college provides an opportunity for optional winter internships (mostly paid).
