Delhi Technological University.

Placements: This year the placements from our branch have been pretty food. About 5 students from ECE were placed in Qualcomm, 6 in Texas Instruments, 8 in San Disk, 15 in Samsung each with a package of about 16 LPA. These were the students who were placed in core companies. Then other were many who got great placements in coding profile as well.

Life at DTU is fun, but always have to worry about lab file, viva, mid-semester, and end semester.

Placements: DTU placements are good. Many companies visit on campus, but it depends on your CGPA that you appear for interview either for Amazon, Microsoft or Infosys or any other companies. Probably, it requires 8.7 CGPA to sit for Microsoft and Amazon. DTU has increased the number of seats for COE branches.

Life at Delhi Technological University.

Placements: The placements in DTU are amazing, especially for all the coders. The major companies visiting for the campus placements are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Goldman Sachs, Brain, Qualcomm, San Disk and Daikin. The highest package os Rs. 1.25 crores which Uber has offered PA. Many PSUs have also started visiting the campus for the electrical branch.

DTU is a place where engineers emerge.

Placements: Being an esteemed institution, DTU provides ample placement opportunities. From Google, Amazon, L&T, Tata, Deloitte in tech, M'cenzee in non-tech, all the big guns of the market visit the campus and pickup enthusiasts and give them a promising package.

Overall, its a good college to take admission.

Placements: The placements here are good. The only thing I find bad here is that there is no faculty involved in the placement session. Everything is lead by the students themselves. Though, there is good recruitment, companies like the DE Shaw, Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung and many more visits the campus to recruit the students.

The crowd in this college is definitely the best that you can get anywhere else.

Placements: The placement is good, but most of the students prefer for IES and PSUs. There are good companies which come to hire the skilled students. The syllabus is good. The students prefer to study on their own rather than being dependent on the teachers. If you have the potential, you can get an internship easily.

According to me, DTU (formerly DCE) is a college, where you can learn, play, and recreate.

Placements: Here, the placement is not as good as you heard about DTU. But it's much better than the other engineering colleges. In CSE, you may place easily. In all the software related branches, the placements are easy in comparison with the others. The mechanical branch is more developing on the campus.

The excellent infrastructure. Good campus life. Overall, a great experience.

Placements: The placement what they say is 100% in COE branch, and the overall average package is of 7 lakhs per annum. The placements in other branches are also good, and the highest package is of 1.25 crores per annum by Google in 2016, and in 2017, 1.2 crores by Uber. Almost all the companies like Amazon, Samsung, Directi, etc., are regular to the college for placements.

The campus life is good with the good infrastructure and average placements.

Placements: The placements for the core branches are good, nothing exceptional. Computer, IT, software, mathematics, and computing have the great placements, and the selection ratio is high. For electrical and related branches, the number of companies visiting for technical aspect is less, and cutoffs are high. Still, around 60% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered is around 22 lacs per annum for foreign jobs and the average being around 5-6 lacs per annum. There is less scope for the inte...

You can spend the best 3 years of your life. You can enhance skills and your personality

Placements: The placement takes place in the final year. Almost every student was selected for the job. Last year, Google had selected a guy for 1.38 crores which is the highest placement. The lowest placement is around 8 lacs. Non-tech jobs are also offered to the students. Many MNCs used to pick up students from here. Research work is also done here.

Delhi Technological University, formerly DCE.

Placements: There are more than 300 organisations and companies, which hire excellently talented youth of our college. All the big companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc., visit the campus to hire the students. The placements are both in technical and non-technical profiles. DTU is one of the leading and most reputed colleges in India, and its name is more than sufficient.

A fun place, good placements, at par infrastructure and a wonderful place to learn.

Placements: The placements were quite good, and a good range of positions were offered in various reputed companies. Nearly 70-75% students were placed. The highest salary offered for technical positions in mechanical was 12LPA CTC. A few companies that visited include Maruti Suzuki, L&T, General Motors, Tata Motors, Career, UTC, Honda, Royal Enfield, Escorts, Bechtel, Bajaj Motors and many more.

Really a better choice among all the other colleges-DTU.

Placements: The placements in the mechanical engineering are so far good. About 60% of the batch get placed every year and rest of the students choose to go for higher studies or PSUs. The companies like Bajaj, Tata Motors, Mahindra, hero, etc. visit for the placement session. T&P cell of DTU works hard for the students' internships.

Fabulous campus life, pretty infrastructure, must visit.

Placements: As we all know that DTU is famous for its mechanical engineering, so here the placement status is quite better than the other colleges. According to the statistics of the previous years, it has been estimated that the average package that a mechanical engineer can get is about Rs. 6 lakh per annum. Different companies like Honda, always approach the college. The maximum package offered was about 12 to 14 lakh per annum.

The placements are not for all, and teachers should be more involved.

Placements: The placements in the electrical field are not much good. Mainly, the recruiters are only offering to pay handsome salaries to computer science engineers and sometimes they don't even allow students from other fields to attend their interviews. The highest salary is usually more than 1cr per annum, which is always grabbed by some computer engineer. The lowest was 3.8 lacs per annum for a biotech engineer last year. The percentage of placements although nice, are still not up to expectations. Ele...

DTU- The name says everything

Placements: Placements were good. Various companies visited the campus and students got placed via both on and off-campus placements. A few bagged PSU jobs too and students get the chance to be a part of the placement procedure. As far I know, 75 lakhs was the highest offered last year offered by Ola and before that, 1.23 crores was offered by Google which also covered the newspaper headlines. The internships depend on individual streams. If the background is coding or anything related to IT and CSE, the in...

Placements: The placement statistics is good. Anyone who is willing to get placed will definitely get placed. Top pay packages are offered to computer science branch. Many top companies visit DTU for placement. The training and placement cell of DTU is very helping. It also provides internship to desirous students.

Good placement and infrastructure but absolutely dissatisfied with the teachers.

Placements: Placements are quite good here. There is a GPA criterion for placement. For most of the placements, we need at least 7 GPA to sit for the placement. Many companies like Amazon, Uber, Mahindra, Bajaj comes for placement. Highest package is 1.27 crore/annum(computer science branch). The average salary is around 10 lakhs in top branch and 7 lakhs in my branch. The lowest package would be 4-5 lakhs. The best choice for placements and campus life

Placements: Recently, in the pass-out 2017 batch, there have been about 8-10 placements in Amazon (with a package ranging from 16-28 lakhs). Similarly, placements in major companies on the basis of technical and non-technical skills like Microsoft, Wipro, TCS, Mahindra & Mahindra, Directi, Goldman Sachs, Accenture, Cognizant, etc. with packages ranging from 3-4 lakhs to even 20-25 lakhs domestic has been a part of the recent sessions. I think that this college is everyone's choice because of its popularity for placements.

Placements: The placements are dependent on how much you are active in all the fields, but it is not the only correct explanation. It is said that if you have a talent then explore that talent. Also, the seniors have confirmed that you have to be very confident about yourself and should not let yourself down, as you can do anything that you wish to do. And also, at least one society must be joined to develop your personality, as it will eventually give you a tag of a unique person.
