Somewhat satisfied with campus, faculties and placements. It was really great value for money.

Placements: I am from 2011 batch of DSM. W have more than 90% of campus placement and most of them offering 5.5 LPA. Recruiting companies included Michelin Tyres, JDA, TCS, TELCON, Taj Hotels, etc. While TCS and CSC offered lowest salary, TELCON was the top recruiter followed by JDA and Taj Hotels. I was recruited by Michelin Tyres in very first round of placement.

May not be good for non-core branches.

Placements: Being in a reputed college doesn't ensures placement for everyone. But surely more companies come to offer jobs since they are aware of the quality of the students found here. If you are asking for branch wise placements, then forget about on campus placements if you are from a non core branch. For non-core branch, either go for off-campus placements or prepare yourself for a non-tech job environment. In the end, the stuff you've done in your college life matters more. Do try to maintain a decen...

Pursue your own interests, be it astronomy, startup or anything.

Placements: The placements of this college are fine. Companies visit this college throughout the year offering tech as well as non-tech jobs. For environmental engineering too, tech jobs are being given, the latest being in October, 2016. The college is famous for job offers for students specialised in the field of programming. Non-tech companies hire a lot of students from branches other than CS and IT who know programming. 19 out of 50 students got a job in environmental engineering through campus selecti...

I am very satisfied with my college.

Placements: The placements of DTU (formerly DCE) are one of the best placements you can find throughout the country. The companies visiting are divided basically into two categories- Technical and Non-Technical. The technical companies look for the appropriate candidates from specific branches only. For eg- If a technical company visits the campus for hiring mechanical engineers then only Mechanical Engineering candidates can apply for the same. No other candidate from other branches can apply for the job. ...

The infrastructure is good and the university is very peaceful. The greenery due to trees calms the mind. The layout of the university is very nice. The faculty is very good and cooperative. The fees is very less compared to most of her other MBA colleges which make it worth the money. The placement packages are just average.

A brand name amongst the colleges in Delhi and the mother institute of IIT Delhi, this college is now just a shadow of its past glory. The campus is beautiful, but the classes are now becoming overcrowded. The placement for the MTech degree is not so good, but for BTech it is still top notch. For people in and around Delhi, to have a good campus life and also have an impressive degree from reputed college, this is the best choice.

It is the best place for one’s personal and educational growth. The extracurricular activities allow one to prepare for the future professional work in the perfect way. Also, this college has the finest image in the industry, so almost all the best companies of the country visit the campus for placement, so students have the best of opportunity to make it to that company.

DTU is a great college. I've watched students getting packages as high as 93 lakhs. It has an amazing infrastructure and a great faculty. The classrooms are spacious and sufficient. Most of them are equipped with state of the art technology. The library is also equipped with the same and has an OPAC system. Also, the campus is really vast. It has a lake, a sports complex, numerous canteens, coffee shop, green areas and a lot more. But coming to the education of lower streams, such as environme...

The college is worth the money spent. The main attraction is its campus life, especially hostel life where one can learn coordination and become independent. Faculty is also good and cooperative and the placements depend on the course which you have selected.

It is 160 acres lush green campus. All the classes, library, labs are air conditioned. Labs of the college are well equipped. Placements of the college are marvelous. The weak point of my college is its professors. They don't possess the required knowledge. Students have to study on their own. There is also no such strict rules for attendance. There are so many tech and non-tech societies in the college with the help of which students can get a good exposure in many fields. Ragging is strictly p...

There are many activities available in the college. The college hosts two fests, which themselves are worth joining the college. The college is a centrally funded institute, hence you cannot afford not to take up admission in this college, but still the college fee is higher than all other comparable institutes. Almost all the big companies come for campus recruitment.

The hostel facility should be there for all the students. Lab equipment should be replaced by new ones. The structure and the campus is very good. The faculty is not as before when it was DCE .The increased number of students in the college has affected placements records very badly. Placements are only meant for IT branches and not for the core branches. I would suggest not to opt for EEE as it will neither be regarded as electrical nor electronics. Avoid daily up down from home as it would aff...

It is a good college. It is among the top colleges for engineering in India. But, just one advice, do engineering only if you are really into it. Even if you are 99% sure, don’t do it because engineering really consumes you. But, if engineering is your only thing, join this college. Join the hostel and you will have the best time of your life. The networking between the juniors and the seniors is probably the best thing about DTU.

It is a great college with a lot of opportunities for students. Not only are the placements amazing in the technical field but also for students who wish to pursue management jobs, there are ample of offers. The campus is very spacious and green, and looks picturesque on a rainy day. Students come to study here from all parts of India, and from abroad as well. The best thing about college is that it has a very healthy environment. But the worst thing is that they didn't allow everyone to stay in the hostel while in the other college it is very obvious. So, everybody who came from Delhi didn't get that opportunity. The best thing is that I miss my college the most.

Placement are good here, where many of the eligible students get place at reputed companies. Average package is around 6 lakhs, which is a quite good starting for fresher in India, and 1.23 crore 7s the highest package till now.
