  • National Exit Test (NExT) is a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain the license to practice medicine in India. Q:   When was NEET 2024 conducted?

A: 

NEET 2024 was conducted on May 5, 2024, from 2 PM to 5.20 PM (IST). NTA conducted the exam in 571 cities across India and abroad. Around 20 lakh candidates appeared for the exam. The difficulty level of the exam was moderate to tough. NEET is a paper-pencil based test (PBT) consisting of a total of 200 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Out of this, candidates had to attempt 180 questions. The total marks of the exam is 720.

IP University does not allow any of the affiliated colleges/institutes/agency to grant direct admission to any of the course of the university. Candidates can log in and view their results by visiting the official website. The selected candidates have to report to the allocated colleges till Nov 30, 2024.
    • The GATE 2025 registration process with late fee is closed now for admission to the MTech course. The GATE 2025 exam will be conducted on Feb 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025.

    Yes, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University conducts a Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to BSc, BCA, BCom (Hons), B.Ed, BA (JMC), BHMCT, BBA, BA (Hons), BVoc, BPT, BPO, BOT, BASLP, BSc MLT, MSc, MA, MEd, MPT, MOT and MPO courses. IPU CET exam 2025 application forms for other courses, open tentatively in March every year. Apart from conducting IPU CET, GGSIPU also accepts several national-level entrance exams to provide admission to a few undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses.

    Q:   Can we get admission to IPU through CUET?

    A: 

    Yes, GGSIPU accepts CUET scores. For UG courses, CUET-UG and similarly for the PG courses, CUET-PG is applicable. However, it must be noted that preference is given to CUET scores after the respective national-level exams and the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the university. Some of the UG and PG programmes for which this entrance score is accepted are MCA, MA, BSc, BBA and allied programmes, BPharm, BCom (Hons), etc.
