Also, the candidate must have studied from atleast 1st year (2 semesters) of the 3 years degree course any 2 subjects out of (1) Physics, 2) Mathematics or Statistics 3) Chemistry 4) Biology (Zoology or Botany or Genetics or Biochemistry or Biotechnology or Physical Anthropology) OR   BSc Forensic Science with atleast 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized university OR   BTech (Mechanical or Civil or Electronics or Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering or Computer Science) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from any recognized University.
Master of Science (Biodiversity & Conservation)	BSc Degree (Botany, Zoology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Anthropology or any field of Life Sciences) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks
Master of Science (Natural Resource Management)	BSc Degree with Life-Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Physical Sciences, Earth Science, Agriculture, geography / Economics background and having minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
Master of Science (Nursing)	1. The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered midwife or equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.   2. The minimum education requirements shall be the passing of :  BSc Nursing / BSc Hons. Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks. The candidate should have undergone training in BSc Nursing / BSc Hons. Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing in an institution which is recognized by Indian Nursing Council. Minimum one year of work experience after Basic BSc Nursing. Minimum one year of work experience prior or after Post Basic BSc Nursing. Candidate shall be medically fit.
Master of Science (Yoga)	1. BSc (Yoga) graduate with 50% marks from a recognized University or Institute of National repute or   A Science / Medical / Paramedical / Physiotherapy Graduation Level Degree with one year Diploma in Yoga Science. The graduation level degree should be with 50% marks from a recognized University or Institute of National repute   2. Candidate shall be medically fit.
MSc Medicinal Chemistry & Drug Design	Minimum 50% or equivalent in the qualifying examination as under - BSc Chemistry/BSc with Chemistry as major subject

The admission process comprises of various stages such as fill application form, download admit card, appear in exam, result declaration and counselling.

• Step 1: Online registration – Candidates can exercise the registration process online by visiting the official website. Candidates must submit fill the application form with the correct details otherwise their application will be liable for rejection.
• Step 2: Download admit card – Candidates will be able to download their admit card by using their login credentials. The admission authority will not share the admit card through email, fax, post, etc.
• Step 3: Appear in IPU CET – Candidates must appear and qualify the exam for the admission. The exam schedule will be updated later.
• Step 4: Result declaration – The result will be declared online in the form of rank list. Candidates who will participate in the examination will be able to download the rank list from the official website.
• Step 5: Counselling – The admission authority will conduct counselling for the shortlisted candidates. Candidates must take part in the counselling as per the scheduled date and time.

A. Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET) is a National Level Exam.

Q. What are the non-medical programmes for which the score of National Level Test is considered for admission?

A. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University considers the merit/score of the National Level Test score conducted by agencies other than the University for admission to the BTech, LLB, MCA, LLM, and MBA.

Q. What are the medical programmes for which the score of  National Level Test is considered for admission?

A. The medical programmes for which the score of National Level Test is considered are  MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, PGMC, DMMCH, and PGAC.

Q. What is the mode of the examination?

A. The examination will be conducted in offline mode.

Q. What are the categories of the examination?

A. The exam categories available are - Common Entrance Test/BArch/Weekend Programmes, Medical Programmes, BTech(CET Code 131), MCA/MBA/LLB/LLM(Regular), and PhD/M.Phil.

Q. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for IPU CET BTech?

A. A candidate should have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics scoring a minimum 55% marks and also studies English as core/ elective/ functional subject.

Q. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for IPU CET BTech diploma lateral entry?

A. A candidate should have completed three years diploma in the concerned subject and obtained 60% marks.

Q. What is the eligibility criteria to apply for IPU CET BTech BSc lateral entry?

A. Candidates should have passed BSc with Mathematics with 60% marks from a recognized University.

Q. How frequently IPU CET exam is conducted in a year?

A. IPU CET is conducted only one time in a year for the admission of the candidates.

Q. What is the code of BTech, BTech LE (diploma), BTech LE (BSc), and BTech (Biotechnology)?

A. The code of BTech LE (diploma) – 128, BTech LE (BSc) – 129, BTech (Biotechnology) – 130, and BTech – 131.

Q. What a candidate can do if he/she wants to apply for more than one CET?

A. Such candidates have to fill a separate application form for each CET.

Q. Is IPUCET for law course cancelled?

A. Yes, GGSIPU no longer conducts entrance exam for law courses i.e. BA LLB and LLB. The university only conducts IPUCET counselling for law courses on basis of CLAT exam scores/ merit rank.
