I am satisfied because of the great campus life.
Placements: It provides average placements and mass recruitments. Companies like TCS visit the campus, but placements were good. Around 70% of students were placed in companies like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, etc. It had also been conferred with the status of a university with potential for excellence by UGC.
Infrastructure: In this college, proper equipment was not provided. But technical knowledge was provided. The college infrastructure was overall good. They had all the necessary infrastructure on the campus. The campus was very hygienic and has a safe environment. Overall, it was a good experience.
Faculty: Academics were dependent on professors. The intention behind it was to serve as a forum for the sharing of ideas, insights, and experiences. It aims to cater to the interests and needs of all who were concerned about quality improvement in higher education, and try to commit to the quest for academic excellence.
Other: The campus life was excellent due to the extra curriculum.

An insider's perspective on Guru Nanak Dev University.
Placements: Our university offers an 80% placement rate to students. The highest salary package offered is about 44 LPA, whereas the lowest salary package offered is nearly about 1 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Amazon, Wipro, TCL, etc.
Infrastructure: I'm personally not a hostel student but what I have heard from my friends is that the hostel facilities are not very over the top. There are average facilities available like Wi-Fi barely works but the library is open 24/7. Students can assess it anytime they want. Classrooms are good in terms of the benches but fans usually stop working even in the hot humid summer days. Other facilities available in hostel are gym area, various grounds for sports activities, and a park with a garden.
Faculty: Teachers are not very helpful, except a few. In the first semester of our course, only Math teacher is cooperative with our class. Other teachers won't clear our doubts and don't complete the syllabus. Semester exams are generally not very difficult except Math and Mechanics. I got to know this from our seniors.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the Computer Engineering field and also in this university. Because it has various labs and clubs that provide exposure. The thing I would like to improve about our course is the fee structure as it is very high from what it should be. Events and fests are really good. They are organized throughout the year. For example, the youth festival is conducted every year. Crowds from various universities attend to see the youth festival. There are a lot of extracurricular activities such as tech clubs, placement clubs, cosmogenic activities, and so on.

My college reviews and vlogs
Placements: About 80 percent of people get placed on the basis of campus placement. The highest package is about 41 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 6 LPA. Companies like Tata, PepsiCo, and Tata Steel visited our campus.
Infrastructure: Hostel infrastructure is average as compared to other colleges because here some windows were broken. Small washrooms are dirty. There is a wifi connection, but it is not very good. Mess facilities are amazing and meals are amazing. The taste is so good.
Faculty: Teachers are somewhat helpful. Exams are not so easy. Teachers are PhD scholars. Some teachers are good but not so many. Classes are almost regular. The knowledge of teachers is not so good. We almost have to study on our own. Semester exams are not so easy; we have to study for them.
Other: Campus life is awesome. There must be a positive experience on campus. The hostel is amazing, as you make many more friends. There are a lot of events at the university. You feel so enjoyable.
