Pros:

* Cooperative faculty: Faculty members, clerical staff, and the head of the department are very cooperative and supportive, creating a comfortable learning environment.
* Good placements: Many students get placed in reputed companies, with the highest package reaching up to INR18 LPA and the average package being around INR3.54 LPA.

Our college has the best chemistry department.
Placements: There is good recruitment with salary packages from 6 to 12 LPA. More than 60% of students got placements. Internships were offered in chemical companies, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutions including abroad projects.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so good. Labs and classrooms are fully furnished. Department has its library with a variety of books to go and study. Hostel has so good infrastructure with fully air-conditioned reading rooms, and a common room to get fun. Playing area has a badminton court. A canteen is available in each hostel and even though the stationary shop and general store are available.
Faculty: Chemistry department acquires prestigious status in its academic and research records. Exams are held two times a semester. Exams are tough but it is easy to pass if students regularly attend the classes. University faculty is so friendly and help students in any situation.
Other: I chose this course because I have Interest in chemical sciences. Best thing about this course it helps to understand world around us. There were many fests every year like Bashan and youth festival. Many activities interdepartmental like games and others. There were many scholarships available for students with any category has low income certificate can get scholarship.

I am satisfied with its faculty members and university environment.
Placements: Around 70% of students were placed every year. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, and the minimum salary pacakge offered was 3.5LPA. The top recruiting companies were Akash, Byjus, etc. The pharma companies were Jubilant, SRF Ltd, etc. Almost 5-10% of students got internships in the research laboratory with the recognition of a teacher. In our course, the main role was to go in teaching profession and go for industry work.
Infrastructure: There were 2 buildings in our department and it was old. It provides a library where several books were available. Wi-Fi was enabled in the computer laboratory, and there were also many chemistry laboratories. The hostel faculty members were very cooperative if students were not comfortable in the room due to certain reasons they will shift students to another room if the room was vacant. Mess meal was average by taste and but healthier food will be served. The canteen rate was genuine and lots of variety available. The medical facility provided by this university i.e nearby the hostel where all doctors were MBBS and some were MD medicine. There were a badminton court and volleyball court in this college.
Faculty: Teachers were cooperative, and all had Ph.D. or doctorates. The teaching quality was very good. Our course was mainly related to the research last year and there was a 1-year project where students did projects under Ph.D. scholars after M.Sc. The semester exams were average. The pass percentage was 90-95%.
Other: In 12th standard chemistry is very good so I opted for this subject. This course will provide knowledge of how chemical reactions occur in the laboratory. Some practicals will be performed 1st then theory knowledge 1st students had full knowledge then practicals will be done. The tech fest, exordium, and cheeks were the different departmental and fests were also held in this university i.e Jashan and Youth fest. The campus was very beautiful and a lot of trees were there. Poor students will provide scholarships and SC or ST students will provide post metric scholarships every year.

Review of Guru Nanak Dev University.
Placements: Students got a minimum salary package of 2 LPA and a maximum of 4.5 LPA. These packages are offered only to the final year students. Students also got internships from ISER Mohali and from many other institutions. Students also got a stipend for internships.
Infrastructure: The chemistry department has very good maintenance. It has clean and well-maintained classrooms. It has properly equipped labs. Furthermore, there are two libraries. One is for the department and one is for the whole university. Both the libraries are filled with thousands of books. Hostels are very well maintained. They have adequate food facilities. Moreover, they have a computer lab, canteen facilities, a reading room, a common room, and medical facilities for the betterment of students.
Faculty: Teachers in our department, and even in the whole university, are very well qualified. Their way of talking, teaching, and doing everything is at the highest level. They are very cooperative with students. This course is very valuable because it provides students with intellectual knowledge to deal with the realities of the world, such as how to apply what we learned in class to real-world industries. If you are attending daily classes, it is very easy for you to perform well in the examination. A minimum of 35 marks is needed to pass.
Other: I selected this course because I have a personal interest in this subject as it deals with many branches, like pharmaceutical companies, industries, research work, etc. The best thing about this course is that it has a very broad scope. Through this course, we can do things practically for the betterment of society and people. The only thing that can be improved is that better placement opportunities without any foundation for students should be provided. This university is already at its best level for co-curriculum activities. Many festivals are organised, like the Jashan exordium. Scholarships are available for underprivileged classes.

Review of Guru Nanak Dev University.
Placements: Less placements for our department were viewed. The packages were also very low. Only Aakash institute was the one with good package placement was offered. But other than that this course has scope in industrial-academic as well as in research field.
Infrastructure: The department library is good enough had lots of books. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus, classrooms are okay not too well facilitated. Hostel rooms in the new hostel are pretty good but no coolers or air-conditioners are available in the hostel. You need to bring your coolers and pay the electricity bill for that.
Faculty: Teachers are pretty good at their work. All the professors are involved in reputed research interests. This makes us industry-ready if we are dedicated to our lab work. Semester exams are pretty tough. About 80% is the pass percentage. You need to do hard work to get good scores.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in this field. Also, this university is good for Chemistry. This department is the best in the North region for Chemistry. There are many clubs in this university like the Science club, movie club, social work club, etc.
