Faculty members of IIT Bombay are gems.
Placements: The students become eligible for placements in their last semesters. Nearly 1800 students get placed every year and more than 300 companies visit. The highest package offered is around 2 crores and the average package is around 16 Lacs. Profiles offered are that of software developer, consultancy, Logistics, and Analytics. Nearly 90% students get placed.
Infrastructure: The hostels are world-class. The students get a shared room (double occupancy) in their first to third year, and they get a single room in their last semester. The mess food is really good and gives a balanced diet. Hostels are allotted at the beginning of a session by Hall managers. IIT Bombay is situated in Powai.
Faculty: There are a total of 27 faculty members in our department of Biosciences and Bioengineering. The total number of students in M.Sc. are 28 and in M.Tech are 25. All the faculty members are the real gems of our department and will guide you in the best way possible. They have in-depth knowledge of their subjects as they all are highly qualified (Min. Post Doc and Chair Prof).
Other: Asia's biggest fest ‘MOOD INDIGO’ is organized in December and the ‘TECH FEST’ is organized in February.

IIT Bombay is the best Institute in India.
Placements: Nearly 80% of students in our course who sits for placements get placed. The highest 20 LPA, the lowest 6 LPA. Biocon, Sysmex, strand life Science, and Byjus are the top recruiting companies. Around 50% of the students got internships mainly in research institutes like IISC, NIBMG, CDRI, and NCCS. Research associates and content developers are the roles offered.
Infrastructure: Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering is well-equipped with all the facilities that a student will need to carry out his/her research. Classes take place at LHC which is pretty huge. The central library is well maintained with a lot of books related to all the subjects being offered in the institute. Hostels are very well maintained with Wi-fi connections at nearly every place on campus. Food quality is also great.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and pay more attention to building your concepts rather than old-school teaching. The course curriculum will make you more of a research-oriented person rather than making you industry-ready. Exams are based on the concepts you build during your lectures. Nearly everyone passes.
Other: I chose this course as this is the best institute in India that is providing this course. Fests held are Mood Indigo, Techfest, PAF.

Overall, it is the best college.
Placements: The placements were quite a good thing here, and about 79% of students were given jobs in campus placements. I also got a placement. The highest academic percentage secured was 97.9%, which was scored by a male. Recruiting companies were mainly from petroleum. The best thing was students of our batch got average marks.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were the best here. There was a good and nice environment, and about 2 students stayed in one room. Sports and games were also very good there, and there were annual days. There were canteens, good food, labs, library and farewell also. It was a great experience. We are assigned the top roles of a vice president also.
Faculty: Teachers and curriculum were quite nice here. The teachers were very helpful and friendly. We were given revision questions, and they were very relevant. The old question papers were very helpful to pass the exams. However, the difficulty of exams was very high, but it was made easy by our qualified teachers.
Other: The fee was just a little high, as there were many charges that were not useful. The crowd was not good enough. Ragging was a common activity there no matter where you are like in classrooms, hostel or campus. Seniors used to tease us.

Almost 95% of the students got internship opportunities here.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every common facility, including gymkhana, hostel lobby, mess, library, reading room, department lobby and lecture hall complex. Facilities that are common in all hostels include a gym, lobby, garden, study room, common room and cleaning services.
Faculty: Teachers are extremely helpful and encouraging for students to go forward and achieve their dreams. The course curriculum is dependent on the department. Our college provides good infrastructure and facilities. Placements here are bad for M.Sc. students.
Placements: Only 7% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 17 LPA. A top recruiting company of our course is Cairn India Limited. Everyone student from our course got an internship, as it is compulsory for students. So the college sent us to different industries based on our CPI. Computer Science is an elective course, which gives us good knowledge about programming.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, air-conditioned classrooms, library and modern machines like EPMA, XRF and XRD. The college provides hostel facility. Good facilities, like a single room, common room, gym and games rooms, are available in the hostel. Quality of food served is not that much good as compared to other hostels. Canteens are available, but its number has been reduced since the previous year. Medical facilities are very good, and it is available for 24 hours. Sports and games facilities are also good.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Some professors are new, and their way of teaching is not so good. They use only slides and just read those in front of students. The course curriculum is very good, and it is similar to the GATE examination. Quality of education here is also very good as compared to other institutes.

Review of IIT Bombay - Indian Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placement opportunities in our college are such that you will get the chance to be placed over the IIITB campus only for the further studies but with the valid competitive exam to be cleared as GATE. However, the position of RA is found there to be offered by the department.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is well-developed with the availability of the central library facility for 24x7 for students. The connectivity to the IIIT wireless through the campus made the study search easy, and it is available at any time to the students.
Faculty: Teachers at IIT seemed to be helpful in the respective field and are even available at the campus at any time to clear the doubts. They were friendly to talk. Students feel free to share their problems which they are facing at the campus as well as academics.
