Outstanding college with perfect infrastructure and great facilities.
Placements: ICT is one of the best institutes for chemical engineering and chemical-related branch study. It is listed under the top 3 universities of Maharashtra. The placement is excellent. As per my knowledge and experience, nearly 80-90% of students are placed every year, and others go for higher education or self-employed. The lower package is near about 5 LPA, and the average package is near about 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college campus is excellent, with research labs equipped with high-quality pieces of equipment. Wi-Fi is available on the college campus and the hostel campus also. The central library has a lot of books with all types of books. The food offered by the canteen is delicious and healthy.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, and the staff is also highly qualified. Many teachers are among the top 3% of teachers in the world. The course curriculum is highly industrial oriented and it gives a better upstanding of core subjects and their applications from the industrial point of view.
Other: I am pursuing a master of chemical engineering from ICT Mumbai. For master students, AICTE offers a monthly stipend of 12400.

Overall, a good college for research-oriented students and placement seekers.
Placements: Placements for M.Chem engineering are very good. Last year, the placement ratio was almost 100%. Although, the packages provided are not very attractive and lie within the range of 5 LPA to 15 LPA, since freshers in the chemical industry are never offered a good package. But as experience builds, there is exponential growth in the career. What matters is that you should be working in a core company where you can apply your knowledge of chemical engineering.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is quite old, but the facilities provided for research-oriented students cannot even be compared to any other college in India. The equipment available here in ICT is rare and expensive. Wi-Fi facility is available on the campus. Labs are very well-equipped, and classrooms are also good. There are not many sports facilities though.
Faculty: Teachers here in ICT are one of a kind. I don't think you can find such teachers anywhere who are as qualified and filled with knowledge as here in ICT. The teaching methods generally used are chalk and board and sometimes the projectors. The teaching sessions are very interactive instead of just teachers giving knowledge. Industrial visits are also arranged to help students relate to the practical applications of what they have learnt in the class. The course curriculum is very well-designed.
Other: Extracurricular activities are very prominent in the college. The campus surrounding areas are very posh, and the events and fests conducted are also good.

If you want to acquire knowledge in fields related to chemical, this college will quench the quest.
Placements: The placement numbers are great in ICT. The college has produced more than 500 entrepreneurs, so there is nearly 90-95% placement each year. This year (2017), the highest salary package was 15 LPA by BPCL, and the average was 8 LPA. All the placements are of core industries with a good job profile.
Infrastructure: The college campus is in the centre of Mumbai and ambience is good in terms of crowd and facilities. The college is small as it is in the city, but still, there are many good sports facilities in the college and nearby. The labs are well-equipped with high-tech equipment, especially the DBT lab. The hostel facilities are good, but the strength of hostel is less comparatively.
Faculty: Many faculty members in ICT are of the world-class level. Padma awarded lectures are there in ICT. The faculty are actively involved in research, and they regularly revise the curriculum. The industry projects are handled by faculty and students are proactively participating and making worth of it. The student to faculty ratio is good compared to many colleges in India.
Other: The legacy of college has been great and has constantly-served nation and field of science. The college has produced more than 500 entrepreneurs and 18 Padma award winners. Raghunath Mashelkar, Mukesh Ambani, MM Sharma are a few to name. It will be a life-changing experience to be in ICT.

Other: The college is pretty famous and ranks no 1 at all Indian level for the best in Chemical Engineering. Beautiful campus where there are more trees than students. Research work is what the college takes pride in. The academics and faculty are excellent with the timely assignments making student excellent in academics. The extracurricular activities help to boost develop personality to a higher level and last but not least placements are outstanding. I would definitely recommend this college.

Other: ICT has been the forerunner of colleges offering Chemical Engineering, for decades. It offers graduate, post graduate and doctoral courses in not only core chemical engineering but related fields as well like green technology, textiles, plastics, oils etc. and thus was undoubtedly my choice when I decided to do Masters in chemical. My experience of two years has not only been enlightening, given the fact that we are taught by professors of high calibre, but also exciting with so many tests and conferences. Even cultural life is given due importance. Placements have been consistently good. Undoubtedly, highly recommended.

You need to qualify gate exam with good score to get admission in this college. Admissions are done on merit basis only. You can apply for this college through official website with valid gate score. And you need to visit the campus for interview to get admission. Best of luck.
