Review on Jamia hostel and foreign language department.
Placements: I am doing my graduation in French and francophone studies. And currently I am in my second year. And my seniors who have passed out from college didn't get any placement offers. But they are doing jobs in MNCs like Mahindra and etc., and some of them are teaching in school.
Infrastructure: In my department, we don't have wifi facilities. And don't have any specific section for foreign languages books. And if I talk about hostels, we have wifi facilities in hostels. Medical facilities are not available for the night. Hostel food is good but we didn't get milk in the hostel. That's an issue. And sports and games facilities are also not provided.
Faculty: There are two professors for French; they teach well. But two are guest faculty and they don't have experience. And they don't know how to teach students. Semester exams are not difficult in Kashmir. Passing percentage is 40%. But because of teachers carelessness, some students couldn't get enough marks because teachers don't check the test book properly.
Other: I am very interested in French culture and all that's why I chose this course. I want experienced professors in my department. Fests and events are held in Jamia. And there are some alumni of Jamia who provide scholarships. And extracurricular activities include sports, dance and music.

Absolutely Satisfied because campus life is very good.
Placements: Percent of students were placed by institutions is not known but 50% students crack interview by themselves and 50% students go for higher education in different different universities in India like JNU, Pondicherry University, Eflu. Recruiting companies for our course is Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Concentrix, TCS, and many more.
Infrastructure: There are total 2 classrooms in department and there is no WiFi, Labs, library in the department. Quality of hostel facilities is very good, food is also good. The university own medical facilities. Sports is also available in in university. University has it's own cricket and football ground.
Faculty: The professor of university is very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is best in India. Semester exams are very easy in university. Everyone can pass if they study 2 hours daily. The pass percentage of students in university is 99 percent.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to study new culture. The best things about my course is it open door to the world. Department has it's own fest named Lingo Mela.

It provides excellent faculty members and infrastructure.
Placements: This is the first year of french honors at our university, but I have heard language students getting placed in MNCs with a good package on Amazon, etc. The top roles offered are translator, interpreter, embassy jobs.
Infrastructure: In this college, the canteen food is good, and the students are provided with subsidies. The medical facilities are good, and dental checkups are free of cost. Hostels are good, hygienic and with lots of facilities, one of the best things about this university is the sports complex. The gym, cricket ground, swimming pool, everything is of top quality.
Faculty: Professors are highly qualified and very supportive. They pay attention to every student, and the explanation of topics is good. I am very satisfied. The semester exams are not very tough, they do not put pressure and load on the students.
Other: Since my childhood I was interested in learning languages then I researched about the opportunities. Everything was in my favor so I opted for this language course. Students are having online workshops due to covid and fests are brilliant in this college.

Review of Jamia Millia Islamia.
Placements: The placement in our course is not quite good, but it has a good curriculum and alumni network as compared to other colleges. The package offered in our course is around 4-5 LPA. Some translating firms hire us. Around 70 percent of students get internship offers.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course are good. Wi-Fi is available. Classrooms are good. A central library is present. The hostel quality and our faculty members are good. All essential facilities are available. Food and canteen food are good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members are excellent. The course curriculum is relevant. The college prepares students to be industry ready. Semester examinations depend on the students' preparation.
