The overall exposure is good, but it cannot be compared with IIT and NITs.

Placements: The placement is good if you are looking for computer science branch. If you are looking for mechanical engineering, then please do not prefer this university. Overall, the exposure is good here. I loved to study here. Even if you are doing mechanical engineering from here, you can be placed in IT sector.

The infrastructure is okay. No good placement for BBA.

Placements: The placements were average. The companies that visited were also good. For BBA, there were mainly BPO companies. For MBA, there were better companies. The packages offered were average, and not high. I would say for BBA good companies should come. The roles offered were in sales, banking, BPO. The placement percentage in BBA is around 50% I think.

For agriculture it's not much satisfying, so please don't choose this university.

Placements: The placements are very low for agriculture in LPU. The visiting company to the campus is not giving a good package. No big companies are coming to hire on the campus. Placement cell is also not showing interest to bring companies for agriculture students. The faculty are given ample amount of salary.

LPU- An average college which may shine in future.

Placements: The placements are generally from IT companies on a large scale like in Cognizant, Tech Mahindra. Apart from that about 50 odd students got placed in core mechanical. But the placements staff supports students and also look forward to training. Core companies are Asahi Glass, Voltas, Samudra, Arabol oils etc. In mechanical about 50% of the students got placed. They have a policy that a placed student is not allowed to attend the interview in other companies unless the package is 1.5 times more i...

Good college and could be better as well.

Placements: Last year, as per the official records, students in the initial 5-6 sections, around 98% of them were placed. This year, placements have just started for our seniors in past couple of months. Students got placed in their third semester itself.

It is a good university for MBA and other management courses because they have nice faculties

Placements: The placements are quite low, especially for mechanical and civil branches. They are not able to bring good companies for these branches. Also, the companies coming are having a very low package. The companies for MBA and other branches are good. They are providing a handsome amount of money and satisfactory accommodation.

Truth of Lovely professional university.

Placements: This year the placement offered is not good but better than the other engineering branches. Very few companies visited this year and hired few students, and because this is a private university where about 6000 people chose CSE this year, it's hard to get placed. In my opinion, opt a university where the crowd is less, so you get good chances to get a job.

Review of LPU - Lovely Professional University.

Placements: Placements are mostly offered in IT companies like Tech Mahindra and CTS. They delay the joining date and more than a year is wasted and also the money of students. However, they offered placements. 2018 passing out batch students of engineering not get even these companies at LPU.

Quite good placements, over the top strictness by faculty and careless attitude towards students.

Placements: Pretty good actually. Packages varied from 2LPA to 15LPA in the ongoing session and students got selected on the basis of their merit. As many as about 60 companies visited last year with Amazon providing the best package (15LPA as stated above). Students with quality in group discussion and personal interview get the better packages.

Lovely Professional University review

Placements: If the students are sincere in their studies then Lovely provides a great platform to start working with MNCs, mini companies, startup plans etc. The placement department is very active. It provides a huge amount of corporate sector training through various internships, part-time jobs, workshops, etc. to learn and coordinate various events.

One of the few universities in India that provides the best campus life to students

Placements: Overall, they are good. But for some departments like mechanical and civil, only a few companies come for recruitment and select only a few students. However, it is completely dependent on students' skills and talent. Around 20% got selected in core departments and more than 60% got selected when all categories are included.

A good college with a low fee

Placements: There were below average placements in my batch till now. 15% of students got placed. 9 lakhs was the highest and 3 lakhs was the lowest salary till now. HDFC, Redington, Federal Bank, ITC, etc visited. The role offered by the companies was management trainee. Other companies will also come in the last semester.

This university is a below average campus in many purposes, and can say it in many ways as well.

Placements: For our batch, there were no placements particularly for ECE students, and there were no core companies at the time of placements of our batch. They told that there are 90% of the placements for ECE students for this batch, and trying for 100%, but only 20% were placed. If we ask about it, they will say like many companies were going to attend our college soon and there will be no problem regarding placements, and everyone will be placed, but nothing happened, all they do is just for the sake of...

Placements: Lovely Professional University provides good placements. But talking about mechanical engineering placement, then there are only a few companies which offer placement to the mechanical students. Last year, Hero company came for placement and selected 5 students with a package of Rs. 9 lakhs PA.

Dissatisfied with faculty, placement, mess food, laundry. Satisfied with security, management.

Placements: The college will always show 100% placement records but this is totally fake! The college's advertising is too good. In the college, there is a special team for doing advertisement and placement. This year, 5 students got a good placement out of over 3000 students. Some students who got placed did not get a good package.

More of marketing and less focus on quality building.

Placements: There is almost no scope of placement for mechanical branch and the companies which come offered a package of nearly 2.2 lakhs. The ones who got placement were mostly placed in IT companies. This scenario has not changed. Both our seniors and juniors faced the same problem. There is no help provided when it comes to internship. The highest salary was approx. 4.5 lakhs. The lowest was 1.8 lakhs and the average was 2.7 lakhs approximately.

Placements: Placements were not good for seniors and my batch. Many of our seniors were not placed and now they are preparing for several government jobs. Only 5 to 6 percent of students got placed. The highest salary was near about 3-4 lakhs and the lowest salary was nearly 2 lakhs.

Placements: The preparation for placement drive has started at the end of the sixth semester during the vacation. A bunch of tutors from some institution are hired to teach as well as the study material is given for the same. The placement session starts at the starting of 7th semester. Before any company visits for placement, a preparation session is provided for the same. But after the rigorous preparation, the companies which visit for placement are not worth it. Best college in terms of infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were offered to ECE students as well as CSE students. Overall, the placements are good and the average package is about 3 - 4.5 LPA. For MBA, the placements are very good. For marketing students, for every student, there are almost 2 job offers. Better college for MBA rather than B.Tech.

Dissatisfied because of placement and other system like teaching methods.

Placements: In terms of placements, I will give 1 mark out of 100. They invite you to PEP class and teach you computer science, and they force you to join an IT company irrespective of you branch whether you are from mechanical branch even. Personally, I would like to say, please don't choose this college. There were more than 4000 students in the mechanical branch, in a single batch.
