Placements: The placement of Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology is not good in both mechanical and civil branches. Very few companies came. It is almost the same case in all branches, but other departments like CSE, IT, ECE, EE were placed in TCS. TCS is the main, or you can say the only recruiter who takes students in mass.

Placements: 42/196 students were placed in wipro and after that no company visited. Only one company for IT and CSE. The highest salary offered was 3.6 lacs. The scenario of core branch is the worst. Many companies have blacklisted this college. In a nutshell there is no scope of placement. Placement here is just for name.

Placements: The placements are good for textile and apparel department, but for IT and CSE, it's not good. Previously, 60-70 percent of the students used to get placed, but this year, only one from IT and a few from CSE got placed in the companies like Wipro. Oracle visited the campus, but didn't recruit anyone. The salary offered was around 2.0 to 3.5 LPA. The placement scenario is troubling currently in this college for CSE and IT department.

Placements: Mostly, service-based companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit the campus. If you want to place in big companies, then you have to work hard. Many of the companies have already blacklisted because many times the students who are not able to qualify for the placement interview, they do strike and hamper the placement. So, in that way, the companies go back.

Placements: The placements for our batch were poor. Out of 60 students, only 6-7 students got placed. Out of 7 students, four got placed by TCE, one by Tata Power, and two got in Thermax. The package in Thermax and Tata power was 4.2 lacs per annum. TCE provided near about 4.5 LPA, and no other company visited our college. The shortage of this placement was due to the placement cell's negligence and irresponsibility. They didn't put any proper effort on the placement.

Placements: The Training and placement officers here are incapable of doing anything. So there is no good placement. If you want a job, don't take admission here. For 2018 batch, only around 15-18% are placed. TPO is irresponsible and arrogant, careless and cannot do anything. The management even isn't trying. The strike was done for placements, but instead of meeting the students' demands they were harassed and blackmailed of suspension.

Placements: They are not able to provide the placements. If you have no option, you can choose computer science in this college. For placement, you need to find good consultancy. So, before taking admission, think twice. However, if you are not willing to study, you can join or take admission.

Placements: The placements are not good in this college. You will get the fake companies for recruitment which don't even offer a joining letter. The companies ask for money or to sign up a bond after the students get placed. The campus is worse regarding placements, and I'll never suggest anyone to this campus.

Placements: The placements offered are almost nil. In our batch, only 8 out of 137 students in ME department are placed till date. Please don't come here to study ME or CE seeing the ranks provided by the websites. In our previous batch, the scenario was more or less same (only 6 were placed). They can't arrange the placements on campus. Every time we had to run to different colleges to sit for the recruitment drives. Around 90% of the campus drives they arrange are pooled campus drives.

Placements: There are no placements provide by the college as there is no placement cell developed in our college so far. The students have to seek for their M.Sc in different college by giving various exams necessary. The college commits to provide placement cell in future maybe.

Placements: The job placements are the worst now. Most of CSE companies come to our college. There are no placements still 2017 to the present. The teaching quality is very poor and having various complaints against this college. Do not admit and spoil your career, by joining in the civil department.

Placements: Very poor placements. Only one student in our department placed out of 149 students. The placements are below 1% in our civil department. Only IT company TCS visited the campus. They picked only one from our civil engineering department. Our senior batch is also the same condition.

Placements: The placement here is very poor. Also, the placement cell of the college does not respond on time. Not even a single company come to our campus for the recruitment. We have to go to Techno India University for placement. Placement cell is also very poor. If any company is coming to Techno India, then they will inform you 1 day before the company is coming.

Placements: 3-4 core companies came to the college, all other companies were IT related. They provided jobs in Bangalore, Noida and only for 8k-10k per month salary was offered. The college provides some basic guidance and training for placement interviews and general aptitude, but to select students. They provide no facility for the internship. It's all up to the student.

Placements: The college invites some IT firms, but most of them are BPO companies. For core branches, there are very few companies, and that too pool campus. For the mechanical engineering students, there were only two companies namely Neometallics and Manlift Pvt LTD. Others companies like Asahi glass LTD were held in other nearby colleges for pool campusing. The highest salary package offer was from Byju ( 7.0 lacs per year ) after completion of training. Other companies offer package from 1.8 LPA to 3.5 ...

Placements: Being honest, I am not satisfied with the placement of IHRM. You have to find your job by yourself. They only give you the certificates. After finishing the course, they will not do anything for you. I feel very sorry for giving this review about my college, but it's true.

Placements: The placement cell is working as per their concerns and capacity. A lot of companies come on-campus, but the count of placement of students is too low. Also, you can't feel secure about your job. In our batch, only 16 students were placed including CSE and IT out of 68 students. Overall, the genuine placement including all departments for the 2015 batch was approximately 5% only. Placements: I got placed in Ericson as a BSS engineer, and later I got to know that I don't have a job. There are very few companies, or some can say 3 to 4 who come to our college campus. Again, those who come and do their recruitment will either not turn up on selecting candidates or won't contact the college any further. The placement community just sits at the office and would tell students to wait and look for the group mail if contacted. The students rather have to go to various cities and try walk-in...

Placements: The placement of TIU is quite good as lots of companies are still visiting. There are many opportunities for getting placed for the computer science students. The average package is around 3 LPA. Some notable companies for CSE and IT students that visited in 2017 are Virtusa, CGI, Persistent, Direct, Microsoft, Kreeti technology, Code Captain, Hitachi, and Mindtree. The mass recruiter like TCS is yet to visit the campus as it is a new college.

Placements: Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology had a decent placement record in the past, but in the recent times, the scenario has changed. This year, around 30-40% of the students got placed in the campus placements. The average salary offered was 3.2 LPA, the highest was 8 LPA, and the lowest was 2.2 LPA.
