Placements: Placement for my senior batch was not that good. There were several strikes but during our time it was fine. TCS was the mass recruiter as always and it took a huge strength of students. Out of around 140-145 students in ECE, 120 were eligible for TCS and out of those 120, 90 were selected. SAP Labs, Johnson n Johnson and other companies also did the pool placement. All in all, more than 70% of the total strength was placed.

Placements: The college provides very poor placements. Instead, we can say that no placements are provided at all. This college provides no internships. This college runs only in the name of the Techno India brand; otherwise, it has no importance. There is a lower percentage of the students studying here. There were no campus placements in the last year. No internships were provided from the college.

Placements: We take admission in this college only after seeing that the seniors are getting placed. But it turns out that we get the fake companies which are a ridiculous experience for me. Only 2% students got placed, and that includes the fake companies. The highest and the lowest packages offered were the same at Rs. 1.5 lakhs/annum because only two companies came and offered that. We are selected because we told them that we could take the risk and can ride the bikes.

Placements: Only a few, mainly IT companies visit here for the placements. Heard about the visit of some core branch recruiters, but not sure how many students were placed. Alternately all the Techno India Group students were called at Techno Saltlakes, but their students were given more preference.

Placements: When the batch size was small the placements were genuinely 100%. A student used to have even two to three jobs. Majorly, mass recruiters visit the campus. So if you are looking for a variety in placements, you should look the other way. The average salary was 3 LPA. The highest was around 4.2 LPA, and the lowest was 2.8 LPA. The profile offered was of IT.

Placements: TCS was good here, but now, even TCS also does not take much students. The TPO does not consult any bigger and better companies. Overall, I will say that there are very bad placements as per its ranking among colleges in West Bengal and the student level. TPO will not help you in any situation, and neither will the principal. He doesn't even know how to call a company, and how to ask for placements from a bigger company executive.

Placements: Placement is not so good. They place students only in the BPO sector. But you can attend many pool campus drives. The placement is getting worse day by day. Only the college location is good. Teachers are not so helpful except for 2 or 3. If you want a job in your domain, this is not going to be a right choice I suggest.

Placements: Placement record of our college has never been good. Most of the companies which come for placements, take the students for BPO and sales jobs. Very few technology-based companies come, and the number of students taken by them is also very few. The placement percentage is not good. The highest salary offered is 7.2 lacs p.a. and the lowest salary is 1.2 lacs p.a. They don't provide internship from college.

Placements: The placements are not good. They make excuses for bad market conditions, so major companies have very few numbers of opening. Last year Tech Mahindra recruited more than 70 students from our college but yet not received any call letters. So right now very tough to say this is good. More than 50 percent unplaced students are there from last 4-5 years.

Placements: In this regard, I would rate it below average as the majority of the companies, mentioned on the college brochure for the promotion while admissions are completely fake and they don't have a tie-up or link with this college at all. Even some companies which recruit students during the on-campus drives are found to be fake. For which, the college is responsible and liable to bear the consequences.

Placements: The placements are the worst. Actually, I can say that no placements are held in our civil engineering field. In my batch, i.e., 2014-18 only one student has been placed till now, and in TCS, which doesn't provide us work regarding civil engineering, they will give IT department work to us. So, if you want to join TCS after your engineering, it is better that you take admission in IT engineering.

Placements: Only 1% pupil got placement from the mechanical department by pool campus organised by our college. While a total number of the students from all departments got placed was little better. Only 3 core field company came (pool campus), and 12 IT company came (pool campus) visited our college. The highest salary offered was 3.6 LPA, the lowest salary offered was 1 LPA, and the average salary offered was 1.8 LPA.

Placements: There are almost no placements for the mechanical department. This year, only 2 students got placed in TCS. The college is also giving fake placements to students. The college is rapidly increasing the fees for students. No one should take admission in the mechanical or civil branches in this college, or any private college in Kolkata.

Placements: The companies like Infosys and Genpact are coming, but they are hiring for the BPO and KPO call centre jobs. There aren't any core company placements. We didn't get any call letter as of now. The placement cell is very poor. The highest package offered on the campus is approximately Rs. 1.8 lacs. The highest package offered in the off-campus placement is Rs. 5 lacs, and that too is offered to 1 boy only and is only by the communication skills. Placements: The placements assistance is good, but need to be improved. Some of the cases arise because of fake companies or company not providing what they offer during campus interviews. Even after the student's strike, companies are offering less than the minimum labour pay per day decided by the Indian government say Rs. 5000 - Rs. 10000.

Placements: The placements were as if they did not take place. No one knows where the companies exist. There can be better placements rather than just the fake news of companies coming to the college. The placement officer is not concerned whether anyone gets a job or not. The placement team is least bothered to bring companies to the college.

Placements: The college did not provide the placements. Poor placement facilities, those companies which came to campusing neither offered an excellent package nor did they give a proper joining date to the selected candidates. The placement officer has been changed several times, but that did not resolve the problem of the placements. The conditions seemed to be more pathetic with each passing day. Placements: Although this college has NAAC grade A certificate, the placement is far below expectations. It depends mostly on mass recruiting companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, etc. If these companies don't come for recruitment then more than 99 percent students (appearing for placement) will remain unemployed. Placements: To be very honest, placement heavily depends on TCS, Infosys, and Cognizant. Good companies either select 1-2 students or don't visit the college. Trust my words, if you are satisfied with a job of Rs. 2.5-3.5 lacs, only then come here. The director of the college boasts about being the best private college but I am studying here for the past 2 years and I know the reality.

Placements: From my point of view, if you want to study in CIEM, then forget about the placement. Only BPOs visited the campus and the management is very poor. No extra initiative is taken by the management for providing any type of vocational activity or internship.
