NIT Allahabad offers a two-year M.Tech course in over 20 specialisations. These are Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Communication Engineering, Production Engineering, Structural Engineering, Engineering Mechanics and Design, etc. The M.Tech courses are offered through nine departments at NIT Allahabad.

NIT Allahabad is a cumulative of various components such as tuition fee, hostel fee, security deposit and more. No, MNNIT Allahabad admission to BTech is only through JEE Main. It is necessary to apply to have a valid rank as per the cutoff released for JoSAA counselling to become eligible for admission. There is no other provision for admission to MNNIT Allahabad. GATE is required for MTech, NIMCET for MCA, IIT JAM for MSc and national-level Management entrance exams for MBA admissions. IIT Dhanbad offers BTech admisison based on JEE Advanced scores, whereas MNNIT Allahabad admission is based on candidates' performance in the JEE Main scores. However, if you are qualified for the exams and getting both IIT Dhanbad and NIT Allahabad for CSE admisison, you must look for all the important aspects such as CSE cutoff, placement, NIRF ranking and course fees, etc. JoSAA Round 1 cutoff is out for admission to the BTech courses and CSE turned out as the most competitive course. Talking about the closing rank, IIT Dhanbad (3594) is the toughest to get into as compared to MNNIT Allahabad (3975) for the General AII India category students. BTech is the flagship programme of MNNIT Allahabad. The institute has been ranked by NIRF under the 'Engineering' category in 2023 rankings at 49. Talking about placements, the highest and average package offered during MNNIT Allahabad BTech placements 2023 stood at INR 135 LPA and INR 20.34 LPA, respectively. Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main.
