Placements: 1. About 50% students placed in my course. 2. The highest salary 32LPA Average 9 LPA the lowest 4LPA was offered. 3. Wipro L&T TCS are the top recruiting companies. 4. Indian railway, public work department, Real estate company recruited the students. 5. The highest package 11 LPA the lowest 3.5 LPA average 5.5 LPA was offered to our dept. 6. 20-30% students got internship, in companies like L&T.

Placements: At least in the odd semester, 20% of my classmates got an internship in Amazon, JPMC, Addverb, Microsoft, Adobe, Jindal Steel Limited, etc. They are paying well, and the internship has a proper procedure. Companies like CESC, Jaro are still visiting the college, and they are also paying well as in UG level sectors. But you've to be good to get an internship irrespective of the institutes arranged. One student from our department has got an internship at Google.

Placements: There are around 151 students in our batch in the mechanical engineering branch. About 78% of the students got placed from our passing out batch with the highest salary package of 20 LPA and the lowest salary package of 3 LPA and the average salary package of around 6 LPA-7 LPA. In our course, the highest salary package offered is around 18 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA and the average salary package offered is in between 5 LPA-6 LPA. Placements: Department of Computer Science and Engineering has got good placements this year, more than 80% of the students are already placed, top recruiters being Microsoft, JP Morgan and Chase, Qualcomm etc., roles offered are mainly software developers from my department.

Placements: If we talk about all branch placement of 2016, then it was 70 to 75%. But the placement percent for electrical branch was bit low than all branch placements rate. Some of top recruiting companies of 2016 were Hero Motocorp, L&T, Schneider Electric, Future first etc.

Placements: In the year 2014, placements in the CSE branch were average. Around 60 to 70% of total students were placed. But now it has much improved as I am still connected with the institute as alumni. The average salary package offered in the year 2014 was 3.5 - 4.5 LPA. Placements: Almost 75% of the people get placed every year from Electronics and communication engineering with the highest package of 39 LPA in Microsoft to the lowest about 4 LPA in some mass recruiting companies. Overall the average salary is around 9-10lpa. Top recruiting companies in core are Qualcomm and Samsung R&D. 50% of the people get internship opportunities from research field to tech companies. Placements: NIT Durgapur is a good platform to pursue an engineering course. I am from 2018 pass out the batch, and about 65-70% of the students got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 3LPA, and the salary package offered up to 24 LPA. Companies ranged from TCS to Microsoft, and Goldmann Sacks visited the campus. The average salary package offered was about 6.5 LPA. Around 10% got an internship followed by PPO.

Placements: When it comes to placement, NIT Durgapur is a great place to be at, Companies like Amazon, Microsoft, JPMC, Infosys, Capgemini, Qualcomm, OYO, L&T power, Hero Motocorp, BPCL and Even PSUs like IOCL vistis the campus. Just about last year, Microsoft recruited 11 students, where Amazon offered PPO to two students. The highest package offered was around 41lpa and the average being 6.7lpa. Placements: Most of our batchmates got placed or chose higher studies. Like other colleges, computer science department had the best result with many students selected in Amazon and Goldman Sachs and other reputed companies. The branch students didn't get many job offers in core companies except Vedanta. However, most of them got a chance to work in consulting and financing companies.

Placements: Placements in our college are very good for B.Tech and M.Tech students. But it is not available for M.Sc students. It is not only here, but all over India. However, a good institution that will help you to qualify NET in which you may go to a lectureship. Placements: Placement :placement of national institute of technology, durgapur is awesome. Here all most 70-80 percent placement occurs in every year from every branches. Average package of all branches 6 to 8 Lacs per annum. In case of computer Science engineering it's reaches up-to 30 to 40 Lacs per annum. And here placement cell and intern cell also present which is very effective.

Placements: Placements are the best part of our college. Major Recruiters are Amazon, Microsoft, Oracle, Samsung and many more. The median salary package offered is around 7 LPA. According to 2018, the department with the highest placements is the IT department with almost 90% placement rate.

Placements: Placement of our college is pretty good. It is the heaven for CS/IT students. The core placement is also decent. Some of the average students need to fight a bit to get placed. Microsoft, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, JPMC are some of the top IT companies that visit our college.

Around 5 to 6 students got admitted to leading institutes for masters in India and around the world. Placements: Year we are breaking placement records. Our year saw a huge upsurge in the placements. Next year it was even better. Almost 50% of the folks had two jobs in hand. And apart from that we saw a huge number of unconventional companies from domains like marketing, management, startups from various sectors like health insurance online education and NGOs.
