Placements: Placements are awesome when it comes to NIT, Trichy. Many companies visit the campus for placements every year, and many students find their dream companies. The training and placement cell works hard to achieve great heights and always tries to break the placement records of previous years.
Placements: The placement percentage of our college is in between 95% to 99%. Most of my seniors got placed through college placements. The highest package offered was in between 40 LPA to 50 LPA, the lowest package offered was in between 10 LPA to 12 LPA, and the average package offered was 20 LPA. Lots of companies like Google, Facebook, etc., visited our college to hire students. Around 45% of the students got the internships from the college.
Placements: There are no placements for M.Sc. students. Placements for B.Tech department are extremely good, especially for the students of the computer science department. NIT Trichy is on the first rank from last 3 years on a NIRF ranking, so it is the best NIT of all in every aspect.
Placements: Placement is really fantastic and far better than many of the premier College, and gave nice opportunity to student in their respective fields. Students got placed in various multinational companies across India and abroad, some are Wipro, ferco shutters Goldman Sachs, Microsoft. NIT Trichy is 1st in the rank of NITs in country.
Placements: The students can get the best return on investment. Around 95% of the students in our batch, got placed in the campus placements with salary packages greater than expected. The average salary package would be at least 7 LPA. The dedicated placement teams help the students regarding the placements. The students of this college can expect campus placements, where they are placed across the country.
Placements: Yes, placements are really good here. For electronics, companies like NVIDIA, Texas Instruments, Samsung, Sandisk, and others come. And infact, this year there has been 100% placement for the students of Computer Science and Engineering. Package is also really good and decent. Electronics companies offer around 18 Lacs.
Placements: We had okay placements for our batch but we got a lot of students ( approximately. 25%) of our MME 2012-16 batch that opted and got admission in post graduate studies ( Master of Science in Engineering, M Tech, MBA) both from foreign universities ( Stanford, Columbia, University of Illinois, New York University, Harvard, Purdue, etc.). As well as IIM (IIM Indore, etc.). We got core roles in L&T, Reliance, BPCL, Tata Steel, etc. As well as general management positions in Amazon and PWC as well as...
Placements: Our batch had great placements. We got software engineering profiles from TCS, Oracle, etc., as well as data analyst roles from Mu Sigma and ZS Associates. We got core metallurgy jobs from Reliance, Tata Steel, HPCL, etc. Our placement cell is efficient in getting all students of our college placed either in core, software or general management roles.
Placements: We had great placements as well as equally good opportunities to prepare for higher studies. We had a year long course of German for applications in German universities. We had core placement opportunities from Tata Steel, Reliance, Sundaram Clayton, etc. We also had general management and teaching opportunities from PWC and FIITJEE respectively.
Placements: Placements for my batch were average as compared to other departments of our college. Since we only had 60 students of our batch, a majority of my batch got placed, apart from those who applied for foreign universities for Master of Science in Engineering (Stanford, Columbia, Colorado) as well as MBA ( IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, etc. ).
Placements: Our batch had good placements. We got core metallurgical and materials engineering profiles from Ford, Tata Steel, Schlumberger, Reliance, etc. We got pre-placement offers from Flipkart, Tata Steel, and Reliance according to the results we got from the internships provided by our college.
Placements: The placements were average for my batch, but my senior batch had better placements compared to our batch. Around 25% of the students opt for higher studies in USA (Purdue University, University of Colorado, New York University, etc.). The college has a placement cell. We have 10 placement coordinators, one from each of 9 engineering departments and department of architecture.
Placements: Placements for our batch were average at best. We had around 20-25% of batch applying for M Tech, Master of Science in Engineering and MBA in foreign universities and few IIM ( IIM Indore, IIM Calcutta, Stanford University etc. ). We had companies like L&T, Schlumberger, Reliance, HPCL, etc. Offering core civil engineering profiles.
Placements: Placements for our batch was the best in our college. We had recruiters like Amazon, Oracle, TCS, CitiCorp Financial Services Ltd. etc. Offering core software engineering profiles. We had Mu Sigma, ZS Associates, etc. For Data Analyst profiles. We also had companies like PWC for general management profiles.
Placements: We had good placements for our batch but worse than our senior batch. Placements are good for our department in alternate years. For example, Reliance took 30 students from our senior batch but only one from our batch. We still got other companies offering core metallurgy and materials engineering profiles like Sundaram Clayton, Ford etc. Apart from software engineering profiles from TCS, Oracle, etc.
Placements: Placements for my batch were good, to say the least. If your profile is diverse with participation in clubs and teams ( marketing, sponsorship, etc.). Of other festivals ( Festember, Pragyan), you are privy to great general management profiles from companies like PWC as well as other core engineering jobs from companies like BPCL, HPCL, Schlumberger, etc.
Placements: The placements for my batch were average. We got a few core production engineering profiles. Generally, we got software engineering profiles from Oracle, TCS, Citicorp Services India Ltd. etc. The college has a placement cell. It is responsible for getting prestigious internships to the college from recruiters like Tata Steel, etc. The placement cell is also responsible for our final placements and handling pre-placement offers (PPO) provided by the companies.
Placements: Placements for our and our senior batch were very good even after around 30% of the students opting out of placements for pursuing higher studies ( M.Tech, master of science in engineering) in colleges like Michigan State, etc. Companies like Dow Chemical Company, BPCL, HPCL, Schlumberger, etc., are offering core chemical engineering jobs. Software companies like Oracle, TCS, etc., offered software engineer profiles.
Placements: Placements for our batch was average. Our senior batch (batch of 2015) had far better placements. Reliance gave 30 jobs to our senior batch while only 1 person from our batch the following year got placed in Reliance. Around 25% of our batch was unplaced and didn't pursue higher studies. Companies like FIITJEE, TCS, Oracle, Schlumberger etc. Came to our campus offering roles in education, software as well as metallurgical engineering profiles. Our students got some incredible internships from NI...
Placements: Placements for my batch were great, even though around 30% of students opted for higher studies, a master of science in engineering in foreign universities. Our entire batch got placed. Highly prestigious companies like Siemens, BPCL, Bank of America, Texas Instruments, etc. came to our campus for placements. We were offered roles in electrical as well as electronic profile. Software and general management profiles were also available.
