An NIT that is ranked 11 in the NIRF rankings.

Placements: Placements are awesome when it comes to NIT, Trichy. Many companies visit the campus for placements every year, and many students find their dream companies. The training and placement cell works hard to achieve great heights and always tries to break the placement records of previous years.

After spending 2 months in the college, I knew that this is one of the best campuses in India.

Placements: The placement percentage of our college is in between 95% to 99%. Most of my seniors got placed through college placements. The highest package offered was in between 40 LPA to 50 LPA, the lowest package offered was in between 10 LPA to 12 LPA, and the average package offered was 20 LPA. Lots of companies like Google, Facebook, etc., visited our college to hire students. Around 45% of the students got the internships from the college.

Infrastructure and labs are good. I am satisfied and happy with our college.

Placements: There are no placements for M.Sc. students. Placements for B.Tech department are extremely good, especially for the students of the computer science department. NIT Trichy is on the first rank from last 3 years on a NIRF ranking, so it is the best NIT of all in every aspect.

Placements: Placement is really fantastic and far better than many of the premier College, and gave nice opportunity to student in their respective fields. Students got placed in various multinational companies across India and abroad, some are Wipro, ferco shutters Goldman Sachs, Microsoft. NIT Trichy is 1st in the rank of NITs in country.

This is a place to get the best experience.

Placements: The students can get the best return on investment. Around 95% of the students in our batch, got placed in the campus placements with salary packages greater than expected. The average salary package would be at least 7 LPA. The dedicated placement teams help the students regarding the placements. The students of this college can expect campus placements, where they are placed across the country.

Satisfied because of college environment and placements.

Placements: Yes, placements are really good here. For electronics, companies like NVIDIA, Texas Instruments, Samsung, Sandisk, and others come. And infact, this year there has been 100% placement for the students of Computer Science and Engineering. Package is also really good and decent. Electronics companies offer around 18 Lacs.

Helping teachers, great infrastructure and okay placements.

Placements: We had okay placements for our batch but we got a lot of students ( approximately. 25%) of our MME 2012-16 batch that opted and got admission in post graduate studies ( Master of Science in Engineering, M Tech, MBA) both from foreign universities ( Stanford, Columbia, University of Illinois, New York University, Harvard, Purdue, etc.). We had core placement opportunities from Tata Steel, Reliance, Sundaram Clayton, etc. We also had general management and teaching opportunities from PWC and FIITJEE respectively.

Knowledgeable teachers, average infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements for my batch were average as compared to other departments of our college. Since we only had 60 students of our batch, a majority of my batch got placed, apart from those who applied for foreign universities for Master of Science in Engineering (Stanford, Columbia, Colorado) as well as MBA ( IIM Indore, IIM Kozhikode, etc. ).

Around 25% of the students opt for higher studies in USA (Purdue University, University of Colorado, New York University, etc.). The college has a placement cell. We have 10 placement coordinators, one from each of 9 engineering departments and department of architecture.

Placements: We had good placements for our batch but worse than our senior batch. Placements are good for our department in alternate years. For example, Reliance took 30 students from our senior batch but only one from our batch. We still got other companies offering core metallurgy and materials engineering profiles like Sundaram Clayton, Ford etc. Apart from software engineering profiles from TCS, Oracle, etc.
