National Institute of Technology is a wonderful college to find and establish the capabilities.

Placements: The placements in NIT Trichy is generally above 90% every year, but civil engineering has one of the lowest placements. The placement percentage is 89.5% in the year 2016-2017. The companies like L&T, Gammon, etc., are the core companies which come down for placement. Apart from these, there are companies which require recruits for the management and IT sector. Talking about internships, training and placement are managed by a training and placement cell within the college. A good amount of comp...

My honest review and experience at NITT.

Placements: The architecture students majorly don't prefer placements. A few take good deals from non-core companies. The other B.Tech category gets significant placement offers. The packages are good enough. The internship facilities are terrific. NIT brand helps in getting companies.

NITT is the topmost NIT in the country beating several other IITs. I just love it.

Placements: The placements are very good when it comes to instrumentation and control in NIT Tiruchirappalli. Last year it was 100%. Honestly, if a student is admitted here, he doesn't need to worry about jobs but needs to worry about how better the job is according to his parameters. There are the sectors which visit our campus. They are Software, IT, management and core companies. There are good packages in all the three sectors depending on how good you are in your skills. Few students also opt for furth...

The experience was good. The placements are good. The campus is big and above average.

Placements: The placements are the okay type of the civil branch. One can easily get 4-5 LPA package from the campus. Some PSU such as BPCL, PGCIL, NLC, CIL, HPCL, and ONGC also visits the campus, but not every year. You can get some PSU if have good pointer and luck too. Around 80% of my class got campus placement. In Pvt company, the maximum package was offered by Tata housing, i.e. 4.25 LPA. People also get placed in software and management company and can get better salaries, and campus placement staff ...

NIT-T, a wholesome campus experience worth reliving a million times.

Placements: Almost 100% placement is achieved by the placement cell with students getting an average salary of 7.5 LPA. Core companies like Tata, Renault, Honda visited the campus offering GET roles in operations and research. Many data analytics and supply chain roles were also offered by leading companies like HSBC Global, Latent View, Mu Sigma. Internships were low in my batch. Internships at TVS Motor Company, Hero Motocorp, Alstom were also offered with an average stipend of Rs. 10,000/month through wh...

The college has a really good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are very bad as far as civil engineering is concerned. Only 4 to 5 civil engineering companies visited the campus for 2017 batch. The students who got placed in civil engineering companies are only 20 percent of total strength. But many other non-core software and management companies opened for civil engineering. About, 80-90 percent of the students who sat for the placements, got placed. The highest and the lowest pay is around Rs. 14 LPA (offered for software profile) and Rs. 4 LPA...

It is the pride of India.

Placements: There are great chances of getting placed being in this college, as top IT companies come for campus placement and also you can get a good package compared to other NITs. I got placed in a very reputed company with a decent package in my fifth semester itself. The percentage of placement is nearly 95 percent, and from my senior batch, it is 97.5 percent. From our batch also, 90 percent people got placed till now, and still, the placements are going on. The lowest package offered was 6 LPA, where...

It has the top placements in India, a loving faculty and a generous environment. No regret.

Placements: Almost, there will be 100 percent placements for those who applied for it. Many people went for higher studies, and some went to research. A maximum of 2 to 3 people failed to get a decent job. Internships here are comparable to old IITs and also for the scenario of placement, no one regrets joining NIT-Trichy instead of IITs.

I recommend everyone to study hard and get an admission in NITT which is one of the best institutes.

Placements: This is one of the best institutes for MCA as per the placement. Even if you are an average student, you will easily get the placement. The placement count for this year is more than 90% and the average package offered is Rs. 11 lakhs. Still, many more companies are coming for the placement.

A great college which produces engineers.

Placements: The placements are in 3 broad categories, core which comprises of the engineering stream background, management and software field. The packages vary till 24 LPA for CSE stream, and it depends on the stream of students and their performance in academics and the interview. NIT Trichy placement cell does a great job in bringing down great companies for the campus internships and placements.

Absolutely satisfied in all aspects like faculty, placements, infrastructure and other facilities.

Placements: The placements in this esteemed institute are far than good. Our seniors got hired in one of the good companies in India. Now we are being placed in good companies. Almost 90% of the students are being placed every year on an average. Good salary packages are offered. Almost Rs. 6 lakhs per annum is the offered package on an average. Many private companies like Bank of America and Reliance are offering the placements to our students.

The exposure is exceptional. The kind of aura which the students create is outstanding.

Placements: The scenario was down for the year 2016-2017 when placements are considered. Still enough opportunities are provided, and everyone gets placed. The curriculum and independence given to fee departments need to be reviewed. Few courses are obsolete, and faculty is either lacking knowledge or less in numbers.

Placements: Almost 80 to 90% of my seniors batch got placed while the others went for higher studies like MS or civil services or MBA. The average salary offered to seniors batch was around 8-9 lakhs per annum. In our batch, we have got almost 75% CPUs internships, and placements are going to be in the coming year.

Placements: The placements of the campus are good. Almost, nearly large number of companies come for the selection and selects the students in an unbiased manner. The campus has an excellent record of 100 percent campus placements. The highest and the lowest packages depend on the profile of job we sit for.

Placements: Last year, the highest package was 9.6lacs per annum, and the average package was of 6.5lacs per annum. The companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Caterpillar and few other analytics companies visit for placements and many more. Marketing and business analyst roles are commonly offered.
