Good infrastructure with proper teaching aids.

Placements: After seeing the previous statistics, the placements seem promising in NIT, Trichy. For the mechanical department, 98.5% of students were placed in 2016, and many reputed companies visited the campus like Larsen and Turbo, Hyundai and Bajaj. We also have placements for summer internships separately. So, the overall scenario is good.

Even, if any students have lower CGPA, they will be placed. The average package will be around 7 LPA CTC. Many well reputed companies come to our campus for placements.

I am satisfied, and its worth return on investment.

Placements: 99.98% is the placement record for my batch. Almost, all were placed by the end of the duration. The placements were great, though, it was affected by the demonitisation, Chennai floods, etc., at the end of the day, people were placed via training and placement cell, off-campus and their source. The highest CTC is 9 LPA, and the average CTC is 6 LPA. 100% of the students got an internship from the college. The highest stipend was Rs. 30,000, and the average stipend was Rs. 15,000.

Good college with proper infrastructure and lots of opportunities.

Placements: As NIT Trichy is known for placements, they are good. But the placements are better for the circuital branch as compared to non-circuital. Being in chemical engineering, the placements are good but not as good as CSE or ECE. The average package would be around 7 lakhs per annum.

Placements: The placements season, though very hectic, often ends with all the students being happy. The average salary offered was usually around 6 LPA with a lot of core companies coming down. There are a lot of software and analytics companies that open for placements too with a couple of exceptions, and 100% placement can be expected.
