The review of RBU, in Economics.

Placements: The facilities are trying to bring in some companies for placement. Some data science companies have come to campus to find students who are interested in data science or data analysis. They are seeking students who have chosen the special paper on econometrics.

Infrastructure: The classrooms at this college are well maintained and clean. There is no WiFi facility for students, but there is WiFi for teachers and faculty. The college has a smart classroom that is used for regular classes. The smart classroom is equipped with a smart board, projector, and other technology. The college also has laboratories and a large library with a lot of books.

Faculty: I attended this college and graduated in 2023. The course curriculum is very relevant, and the student industry is ready for it. The semester exams are really very easy. We just need to follow the class notes, and we will get above 90% marks. The pass percentage is above 95%. Most of the teachers are helpful to all students with a few exceptions.

Other: I am a student at Rabindra Bharati University. I like this university because it is very near to my house. The campus is well maintained, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing. There are so many events happening in the university. I would like to see the university upgrade its faculty. Scholarships are available.

Rabindra Bharati: The Traditional University.

Placements: 60% approximately are placed; the highest is according to your capabilities and the lowest is 15 to 20k per month. Many companies I heard but don't know exactly; 50% approximately. According to you, you can choose your roles related to your course, which is Economics. The course also provides you with a scholarship to study further.

Infrastructure: AC Labs when required are always available, projectors, whiteboards, department library, university library, and 6 classrooms are available. Hostel quality is too good; of course, if the distance is more, for example, Salt Lake side. Under 1k, you will get good food and lodging together.

Faculty: Every teacher is highly qualified and will provide you with the best. They will help and guide you not only regarding your studies but also regarding your future. They also help you with your doubts anytime. Semester exams are moderate to hard; 35 is the pass percentage.

Other: The course provides you with the best syllabus that is also applicable for your job purpose. Not all rooms have AC, which I don't like. Mainly, every day you will get to know about new extracurricular activities where you can participate.

Good knowledge and course plan for economics.

Placements: The placement range for the university suggests that around 75-90% of the students get placements with an average placement of around 25K per month, where companies like GIS remote sensing, Urban Planning Commission, etc., come.

Infrastructure: The classroom is good enough, and it helps if someone comes to conduct a workshop or any presentation that has to take place. The infrastructure is quite supportive of that. There are basic materials that are available to the students, and others are in the library.

Faculty: The curriculum does not match the industry requirements; no updating is happening to make the students more employable. The college faculty members and course plan will help build the core knowledge in economics but not in getting a job. The faculty members are good.

According to me, it is a good college to study and gain the knowledge.

Placements: There are no direct placements, but they provide internship opportunities in different companies. They also provide placement oriented lecture sessions where many faculty and ex-students share their views and discuss the maker needs. 30% to 40% of the students got the internship from a reputed bank which offered a stipend of Rs.10,000. The faculty members are very kind and helpful. They guide the students about where to apply for jobs. Many students are working as a research associate in various research companies.

Infrastructure: There is a well-equipped library, a departmental library and also a central library and it also has a video library, well-minted greenery, four highly hygienic canteens and all kinds of necessary things are available. They provide lift and car facilities for physically handicapped students, there are dedicated parking, auditorium, etc. It also has a branch of a bank within the campus. It has more than 150 classrooms, free Wi-Fi facility for the students. There are separate games rooms for both boys and girls. They organise sports programs for the students. They also provide medical assistance for the students. The quality of the classrooms is very good. The quality of food in all the canteens is excellent, and they are pocket-friendly.

Faculty: The faculty are very helpful and kind. They are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They also trained the student out off college and also provide with the good external knowledge. There is also a team of faculty which helps the students in training on company requirements.

Other: The college is well named, and students who passed from the college are well established in their sectors, though it is a government college, it provides the good education and well-equipped environment for the gaming. There is a well-equipped canteen, a well-equipped library with all the amenities and even students shops.

Internship opportunities are there.

Placements: During the internship, a lot of students were able to get into good organizations like RBI SEBI, NABARD, etc. During the final placement session, students generally get placed in companies like research institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and financial firms.

Infrastructure: The hostel provides all essential amenities and is relatively inexpensive compared to other universities. Both the rooms and the campus are maintained in a hygienic manner. Although the food menu may not offer a wide range of options, there are occasional variations made to keep it interesting.

Faculty: The curriculum of the course includes a range of core and elective subjects that aim to address current economic concerns.
