Be a part of UPES and get ready to work very hard.

Placements: UPES has an excellent placement record in both CIT and non-CIT branches, where 100% placements in CIT branches while 70-80% placements in non-CIT branches. Last year, the highest package in the college was 24 LPA in cloud branch while 28 LPA in the upstream branch and Fse branch placements are very high.

The faculty and the infrastructure of the college is good, but the placements are average.

Placements: The college has pretty average placements, but you will at least get the placement that will cover the cost of your tuition fees in 2 years. My batch was pretty good, most of the students got placed in good companies like Paytm and others.

A review on the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.

Placements: The placement is good if we talk about this branch. More than 60% of the students are placed every year. From 2018, several big companies like L&T are hiring few students from this university providing a package of about 8-9 Lacs. The average package is 3to 4 Lacs.

Placements: Approximately, 90% students were placed in my branch till now. So, overall there will be a good placement in our college. In the computer science, the highest salary package is Rs. 14 lakhs per annum in Microsoft and the lowest salary package is Rs. 2.6 lakhs per annum. The average salary package here is from Rs. 3.6 to Rs. 3.75 lakhs per annum.

The infrastructure is the beauty of UPES.

Placements: The placement record mentioned in the UPES site is true. This year, there was a good number of placements with a good average package of 7-8 lakhs per annum from the cybersecurity branch and other branches too set a good record of the placements. The highest package in the cybersecurity was 12 lakhs per annum and others with 10 lakhs per annum. Placed in VMware and Microsoft.

Placements: The placements were fine for all branches. 95% students were placed. The highest package offered was 31 LPA, the lowest was 3.5 LPA, and the average for upstream is 6 LPA to 7 LPA. Companies like Haliburton, Weatherford, L&T, Google, IBM etc. offer campus placements. Roles like a normal job and assistant engineer were offered to all the students. There is a placement cell. Placements: Placements are phenomenal. University shall provide you opportunities to work in various industries including start-ups and midcap industries. However, you need to be more cautious while accepting any offer and job description as it might be outrightly different from your domain of education.

It's not the college, it's the attitude of the students.

Placements: Though the placements depend on the scenario prevailing in the industry, if you are looking forward to working with some private company or LPOs, the college will get you placed in the same. The internships usually the college provides for the same from 3rd year onwards. Usually, 90% of the students who sit for college internship gets in some or the other firm.

Wonderful campus, amongst the most beautiful campuses of India.

Placements: About 90 to 95 percent of students got placed in this year from our branch. I will definitely, recommend people to get admitted to the campus. The college fees is high, but that can be neutralize by amount of placements the college has given this year, and not only Indian companies, but many companies from abroad have also came.

Placements: The placements are not satisfactory. There are fewer companies. The students also get very few chances, and not even in the IT companies. The companies which had a tie-up with the university also did not consider the branch. So, the college should have ensured that every student gets a placement.
