DSNLU Cutoff 2022: Check Category-wise CLAT Cutoff Ranks

The Consortium of NLUs revealed the DSNLU cutoff 2022 for the admission to LLM and LLB courses. DSNLU accepts the CLAT Score for selecting students for admission to Law specialisations. For the Round 1 and Last Round, the cutoffs for Home State, Home State Female, and All India were released.  As per the DSNLU CLAT cutoff 2022, the most demanded course at DSNLU was BA LLB (Hons), considering the Last Round cutoff for General AI category. The Last Round cutoff for the LLM in 2022 for General AI category was 1637. Moreover, LLM was the most competitive course overall in 2022. Read the following article for further details:

DSNLU Cutoff 2022 for General All India Category

According to the DSNLU LLB cutoff 2022, the ranks were 1359 for the First Round and 1589 for the Last Round. Also, BA LLB was the most competitive course. The least competitive course was LLM in Criminal Law. Further, the Last Round cutoff for LLM in Criminal Law was 1637. For further specialisations, see the table below:

The cutoff for Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program closed at 2080 AIR after the 5th round of Counseling in 2023. Therefore, it is unlikely that a candidate with a 56 percentile in CLAT would be able to secure admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program at DSNLU, as the AIR equivalent to a 56 percentile is expected to be higher than the closing rank.

DSNLU cutoff 2024 for the LL.M. in Criminal Law is based on CLAT scores followed by the CLAT counselling. As of now, CNLU has released CLAT Round 3 Seat Allotment results for DSNLU. The closing rank for CLAT 2024 Round 3 has not been released for the General category All India candidates.

For EWS AI category, the BA LLB (Hons) had the First and Last Round was 1537 and 1659, respectively. It was observed from the data given below in the table that the toughest to get into was LLM in Criminal Law in 2022. As per the DSNLU LLM cutoff 2022, the ranks were 1494 and, 1877, respectively. Q:   What is the duration of Ph.D at DSNLU?

DSNLU offers PhD in full-time and part-time for three-years. The maximum duration to complete full-time PhD is four-years. Candidates applying for part-time need to complete the course maximum by six-years. In case, if the research is not completed within the maximum period of course for reason, the Research Scholar may be permitted for re-registration for another four years or six years as the case may be for extension of time for on the recommendations of the DRC with Full-time INR 30,000 for part-time and Executive INR 50,000.

Candidates can check the CLAT Cutoff 2025 by following simple steps given below:

  1. Click on the merit list link by visiting the official website
  2. A log-in window will open
  3. Fill in the following details:
    1. CLAT 2025 application number / Admit card number
    2. Date of birth 
  4. On successful login, the merit list would be displayed on the screen
  5. Download and take a printout of the CLAT 2025 Cutoff List

CLAT Consortium will publish the CLAT merit list for UG and PG courses separately. The CLAT merit list will be prepared based on the total marks scored by candidates in the exam. This means that a student scoring higher marks will be given a higher rank in the merit list.

The merit list will include information like All India Ranks (AIRs), roll numbers, and total marks. All candidates whose names have appeared in the merit list are eligible to participate in CLAT 2025 counseling for seat allotment procedure at the National Law Universities (NLUs)

CNLU offers CLAT counseling to applicants who want to be admitted to law programs. Those who pass the CLAT exam are invited to the CLAT Counseling.
