Regarding the CLAT cutoffs for the previous three years, there has been an upward trend in the DSNLU cutoff 2023 for the UG course, B.A. LL.B. (Hons.). The BA LLB DSNLU cutoff for 2023 closed at 2080, while the 2022 and 2021 cutoffs were 1589 and 1473, respectively. In 2023, the DSNLU cutoff rank for the PG course LL.M. in Criminal Law was 2583; in 2022, it was 1637; and in 2021, it was 1134. Over the past three years, DSNLU has seen an increase in the number of LLM in Criminal Law programs. Applicants who want to be admitted to DSNLU's LLB and LLM programs in 2024 must take the CLAT.

CNLU offers CLAT counseling to applicants who want to be admitted to law programs. Those who pass the CLAT exam are invited to the CLAT Counseling. Up to five rounds of CLAT Counselling 2023 were conducted. The examination of the round-wise trends for the DSNLU law courses is presented in this section.

Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University cutoff 2024 is based on CLAT scores followed by the CLAT Counselling for both UG and PG courses. The closing ranks for BA LLB (Hons) and LLM in Criminal Law are tabulated below for the General category candidates under Vertical Reservation: 

Candidates can check the CLAT Cutoff 2025 by following simple steps given below:

2. A log-in window will open
3. Fill in the following details:
   1. CLAT 2025 application number / Admit card number
   2. Date of birth 
4. On successful login, the merit list would be displayed on the screen
5. Download and take a printout of the CLAT 2025 Cutoff List

CLAT Consortium will publish the CLAT merit list for UG and PG courses separately. The CLAT merit list will be prepared based on the total marks scored by candidates in the exam. This means that a student scoring higher marks will be given a higher rank in the merit list.

The merit list will include information like All India Ranks (AIRs), roll numbers, and total marks. All candidates whose names have appeared in the merit list are eligible to participate in CLAT 2025 counseling for seat allotment procedure at the National Law Universities (NLUs). 

DSNLU offers LLM at PG level across one specialisation including LL.M. in Criminal Law. Candidates must have a valid CLAT score in order to be eligible for DSNLU LLM admissions offered through CLAT Counselling.  Tabulated below are the closing ranks for DSNLU cutoff 2023 LLM courses:

DSNLU admission to BA LLB is based on CLAT followed by CLAT Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to UG and PG of DSNLU must have a valid score in CLAT. The cutoff for Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU) for the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program closed at 2080 AIR after the 5th round of Counseling in 2023. Therefore, it is unlikely that a candidate with a 56 percentile in CLAT would be able to secure admission to the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program at DSNLU, as the AIR equivalent to a 56 percentile is expected to be higher than the closing rank.

DSNLU cutoff 2024 for the LL.M. in Criminal Law is based on CLAT scores followed by the CLAT counselling. As of now, CNLU has released CLAT Round 3 Seat Allotment results for DSNLU. The closing rank for CLAT 2024 Round 3 has not been released for the General category All India candidates.

However, cutoff 2024 the CLAT Round 3 for EWS is 1810, for OBC is 3299 and for SC is 4242 . The CNLU will be releasing Round 4 on May 20, 2024. In case the ranks for Round 4 are out then it will be updated here.  

DSNLU offers PhD in full-time and part-time for three-years. The maximum duration to complete full-time PhD is four-years. Candidates applying for part-time need to complete the course maximum by six-years. In case, if the research is not completed within the maximum period of course for reason, the Research Scholar may be permitted for re-registration for another four years or six years as the case may be for extension of time for on the recommendations of the DRC with Full-time INR 30,000 for part-time and Executive INR 50,000.
