IIT Jammu cutoff 2018 is based on the round-wise JoSAA Counselling. The cutoff ranks have been released for various BTech specialisations, including Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering and more. IIT Jammu cutoff is determined based on the candidate’s JEE Advanced scores. Once candidates meet the cutoff, they are further called for the JoSAA Counselling. There are a total of six rounds of seat allotment results for JoSAA. During every round, cutoffs are released for various categories course-wise. For the Female General category, IIT Jammu cutoffs have been released separately. It is important for candidates must meet the JEE Advanced cutoff criteria to get a seat at IIT Jammu. Only candidates with the most competitive ranks get IIT Jammu admission. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 1496 and 9840. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. The opening and closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, closing rank was 10,005 in 2024. Admission to B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering in IIT Kanpur is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced.
