Overall, satisfied with the facilities, infrastructure and placements.
Placements: Techno India group holds one of the best placement records in West-Bengal. The main recruiters are TCS, IBM, Zycus, Byju, Microsoft, l&t infotech, simplex infrastructure, Wipro, Honda, Tech Mahindra etc. The college provides major placements in it sector, followed by the core companies. Almost 60% of the students get placed whereas others opt for further studies. The college provides training to the students for respective streams. The training and placement officer is very active and student-friendly, proving a fair chance to every student to nurture their skills.
Infrastructure: The wi-fi enabled university and is expanded with a sprawling campus. The air-conditioned classrooms are well-equipped with projectors and facilities. There are a bank and an atm counter in the campus, a medical room, swimming pool, playgrounds and a parking lot. The canteen is cheap hygienic and serves tasty foods. The computer labs are well-equipped and maintained. The civil and the mechanical labs need to get improved further. New buildings are under construction to expand the university vastly.
Faculty: The teachers and the staff are very helpful. The faculty members are highly qualified and student-friendly, there is an expert committee that ensures that the workload is distributed evenly and the faculty members are teaching according to the proforma. In every semester, the students are assigned with an entrepreneurship skill development test to ensure the students are keeping pace with the modern world and technology, and the faculty members help us in building such projects. The syllabus for the academic year is well planned. There is an online portal where the syllabus and the class notes and important dates are uploaded so that the students are aware of the steps taken by the university. The students are also familiarized foreign languages such as French and Spanish by the professionals.
Other: Every year, the college organises tech fest (Vivarta), cultural fest (Sahotsava), sports (Rudra) and many other extracurricular activities. There is specialised martial arts training for the female candidates for self-defence. The university organises seminars for the students, where the guest lecturers from IIT's, IISER, IIM's are invited to share the thought with us. The campus is such positioned where easy availability of transport is available.

The fee will be same as per the regular programme. In lateral entry, just because of your additional qualification, you will get the admission in the second year of the programme, subject to the clearing of all the required subjects.
