Uni-GAUGE exam centre will be allotted along with the admit card. Candidates are advised to check the admit card to know about the exam centre and other crucial details. Apart from name and address of allotted Uni-GAUGE exam centre, the admit card comprises details such as exam date, timing, exam day guidelines etc. Date for admit card release is published along with the information brochure on the official website. Candidates have to download the admit card for Uni-GAUGE after logging and providing details such as Uni-GAUGE application ID and password.

Can I get an UNI-GAUGE examination centre of my choice?

You can choose the Test City from the available list of test cities in the online application form. The test cities are allotted to candidates on first come first serve basis. However, ERA Foundation reserves the right to allot any other test city other than the city chosen by the candidate. Each city can have one or more centers. The allocation of centers is done through a computer assisted randomization/optimization process. The allocated centre will be communicated on the online test admission ticket (online TAT).

No, only the hard copy of the Uni-GAUGE admit card is acceptable at the exam hall. Soft copy will not be accepted. Candidates must download the Uni-GAUGE admit card and take its print. To download the Uni-GAUGE admit card, candidates have to visit the official website of the exam. Navigate to the View and Print option, and click on ‘Print hall ticket'. Enter the required details to login. After entering the details, hit the ‘Print hall ticket' button. Uni-GAUGE hall ticket will be displayed on the screen. Download and take a printout for reference.

If I opt for both COMEDK UGET and Uni-GAUGE E what will be the exam and counselling process?

Does ERA Foundation send a hard copy of the Uni-GAUGE score card to the candidates?

No. Uni-GAUGE scorecards have to be downloaded and printed from the official website. Scorecards copies will NOT be dispatched. Candidates must log in using their application number/seq number and password to check the result of Uni-GAUGE. The scores and ranks secured in the examination are released through Uni-GAUGE results. Candidates will be required to apply to their preferred participating member University/institution with their test scores once the member University/institution issues notifications. In case of a tie in test scores, the same will be resolved by the criteria pre-published by the Universities/Institutions as part of their admission process.

If COMEDK and Uni-GAUGE are held as the same exam then why are there 2 separate scorecards?

Here is the deal: Both COMEDK and Uni-GAUGE are the same exams. No 2 seperate exam are held. But, 2 seperate scorecards come out at the time of result announcemnet. This is because the COMEDK UGET scorecard is accepted by COMEDK particiapting colleges that are primaraly from South India. While the Uni-GAUGE scorecard is accepted by colleges across India. Candidates are encouraged to apply for both Uni-GAUGE and COMEDK, because there scope of college choices inscreases. Candidates need to contact the ERA Foundation Helpdesk to seek clarification and to know about the way forward. After successful registration, candidates will receive the Uni-GAUGE login credentials (user ID and password) on their registered mail ID. If you have not clicked on the “Submit” Button, you can edit the Uni-GAUGE application form any number of times. However information provided at the time of registration cannot be changed later on. If you have already completed your online application form and have submitted the form online, then no changes can be made. You have the option to fill a new application form with an alternate email id. However please note that fee once paid is non-refundable. Hence candidates are advised to review all information in application form before clicking on “submit” button.

How can I change the format and size of the my scanned images to upload in the Uni-GAUGE application form?

When you first scan the images to upload in the Uni-GAUGE form, use the JPG file format to save it, in this way there is no need to change the format. To resize te image, use Microsoft Paint to change the size with the resize button. or You can use many online tools available over the internet to resize the image or change the formats.

Is the Uni-GAUGE exam open only to some students of any particular state?

No, Uni-GAUGE is open to all eligible students from all states of India. Candidates who have passed the 10+2 exam can apply. The last two years of study shall comprise Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, (Biology or Bio-technology instead of chemistry for BE/B.Tech and Bio-Technology) or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects, with English as a compulsory subject. The General Merit candidates should have passed with a minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST, and OBC candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and should have passed these subjects individually. Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology or any other technical vocational courses as the optional subjects.

What is Uni-GAUGE?

Uni-GAUGE is a national-level common entrance exam for the 40+ participating institutes of the ERA Foundation. The exam is held in computer-based test mode for admission to BE/BTech courses offered across the 40+ institutes. The exam is held at the national level and the 10+2 passed/appearing candidates can take it. COMEDK UGET and Uni-GAUGE E are conducted as a combined exam. The candidates who take the exam have to further apply separately with their Uni-GAUGE scorecard to individual member universities of ERA Foundation. Uni-GAUGE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the Uni-GAUGE exam, candidates must check the eligibility criteria carefully. The criteria are given below:

Qualifying exam: The qualifying examination prescribed for admission for BE/BTech is the second PUC or 10+2 Higher Secondary or equivalent examination recognized by the State / Central Government.

Subject studied in 10+2: The last two years of study shall comprise Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, (Biology or Bio-technology instead of chemistry for BE/B.Tech and Bio-Technology) or any other technical vocational courses as one of the optional subjects, with English as a compulsory subject.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Exam Pattern

The exam pattern of Uni-GAUGE 2025 is given below:

Exam language: The medium of Examination will be ENGLISH Only
Marking scheme: Each correct answer will be awarded 1 mark. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
Maximum marks: Total Marks would be 180

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Mock Tests

To familiarize the students with the computer-based test, an opportunity in the form of mock tests is made available on the website. As many as 7 different mock tests are made available to the students before they take the final examination.

Attempting the Uni-GAUGE mock test 2025 will help candidates come across questions with varied difficulty levels and types that will help them improve their speed and accuracy. As the exam is conducted online, students must attempt Uni-GAUGE mock tests online.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Admission Process

Step 1: The first for registration will be to visit the official website and read the information about Uni-GAUGE.
Step 2: Now register yourself for Uni-GAUGE on the official web portal to generate a user ID and password.
Step 3: In this step, candidates need to complete the Uni-GAUGE 2025 registration process with fee payment.
Step 4: Wait for the final update of the Uni-GAUGE 2025 registration and keep visiting the website for confirmation.
Step 5: Download the Uni-GAUGE 2025 admit card from the official website.
Step 6: Attend the Uni-GAUGE 2025 entrance exam.
Step 7: Wait for the Uni-GAUGE 2025 result announcement and Uni-GAUGE 2025 scorecard.
Step 8: After receiving the Uni-GAUGE 2025 scorecard, candidates can directly apply for the colleges that accept Uni-GAUGE scores.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Admit Card

The online Uni-GAUGE 2025 admit card is made available under the applicant login of the Uni-GAUGE website. Candidates appearing for the Test should download and obtain a printout of the admit card. No admit card is dispatched either by email, post or courier or in person to the candidates under any circumstances.

Candidates are not allowed to take the Uni-GAUGE 2025 exam without the printout of the admit card along with other documents indicated thereon. Also, candidates have to retain the admit card for counselling until the completion of the admission process. Also, candidates have to ensure that the invigilator signs the admit card of the candidates.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Answer Key

The Uni-GAUGE answer key is released on the official website which has the correct answer to all questions asked in the exam. To challenge the Uni-GAUGE 2025 answer key candidates have to access the applicant to login using his/ her user ID and password and fill the query in the challenge form. While challenging, candidates have to indicate the grievance and with all necessary enclosures.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 answer key challenge fee: Clarification regarding the provisional answer key should be submitted online in the format made available with a fee of INR 500 per clarification. Only if the clarification sought is upheld, the money would be refunded in full after the Uni-GAUGE E-2025 process is completed. Any request for clarification of provisional answer keys beyond the last date as stipulated in the calendar of events will not be entertained.

Note: Seeking clarification as above is only for provisional answer keys. Such clarifications are not entertained for the Final answer keys/Test Scores and thereafter the Rank. Any verifications/clarifications sought by the applicants will be put forth to the UNI-GAUGE’s Academic Committee for their consideration and the decision given by the committee shall be final and binding on all.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Result

The Educational Rating and Assessment Foundations (ERA) releases Uni-GAUGE 2025 results on its official website. Candidates must login using their application number/seq number and password to check the result of Uni-GAUGE 2025. The scores and ranks secured in the examination will be released through the Uni-GAUGE 2025 result. Candidates will also be able to download the Uni-GAUGE 2025 scorecard soon in online mode. Candidates will be required to apply to their preferred participating member University/institution with their test scores once the member University/institution issues notifications. In case of a tie in test scores, the same will be resolved by the criteria pre-published by the Universities/Institutions as part of their admission process.

Uni-GAUGE 2025 Counselling

After the release of the final Uni-GAUGE (Under–Graduate Engineering Entrance Exam) scorecard, candidates will be able to proceed further with the admission procedure. The candidates have to further apply separately with their Uni-GAUGE scorecard to individual member universities of ERA Foundation. Uni-GAUGE counselling is held separately by individual Universities.
