MBA in Textile Management Entrance Exams
The common entrance exams in which students are required to appear to seek admission to MBA colleges are:
CAT- A student must pass the Common Admission Test (CAT), a national-level management aptitude test, in order to be evaluated for admission to the MBA programmes offered by 20 IIMs and more than 1,200 B-schools in India.
MAT- The Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national-level entrance exam for MBA/PGDM admissions administered by the All India Management Association (AIMA). The exam is conducted four times a year, in February, May, September, and December. Qualifying individuals are eligible for admission to over 800 business schools that accept MAT scores.
XAT- XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is a national-level management entrance test administered by XLRI, Jamshedpur for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. In addition to XLRI and ten other XAMI member institutes, approximately 1,000 B-schools accept XAT scores for admission to their post-graduate management programmes.
CMAT- The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a three-hour business aptitude test administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA/PGDM programmes. The CMAT is one of India's most popular MBA entry tests. Every year, over 70,000 people apply for it.
SNAP- Symbiosis National Aptitude Test (SNAP Test) is a single aptitude test administered by Symbiosis International (Deemed) University for admission to its 15 component institutes' MBA/PGDM programmes. The SNAP exam is a timed test.
NMAT- NMAT, also known as NMAT by GMAC, is a national-level entrance exam for MBA admissions at NMIMS University and other prestigious B-Schools in India and worldwide. NMAT was administered by the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies until it was taken over by GMAC.
